An extreme dosage, but I might bump up my intake to maybe 8 grams. It's water soluble so anything in excess is extorted and it's half life is 3 hours, so I guess morning and evening would be best.

But, at first, I was taking Vitamin C mostly for acne. I may not have taken enough, but good thing Vitamin C is cheap. I use the NOW brand.
Try upping it to 10-12 grams a day.

50 is extreme yes. Can't imagine. For anyone interested join that ******** vitamin C group I posted earlier. Really a lot of interesting info and testimonials in there.

Well Vit C is what makes your skin via collagen, so I would start with that.

Your full dose of C, lysine, proline, preworkout, and BCAA mix.

Pretty cheap to me.

Considering he's not said to buy a specific brand here, I'm inclined to believe him, regardless.

I urge anyone and everyone to just use vitamin C. Any is better than none. I was simply asked what I use.

That is what I use.

Trust me, there is no cornering the market on Vit C lol.

Comon guys he isn't saying to use the brand he uses just to take it in general. I am interested so I am gonna do some research and see if there have been studies showing benefits at 10 g or above. Curious to see if what he said has merit. He is correct in saying your body doesn't store it and you pee out any extra B in your body. If I am not mistaken though high doses can cause stomach issues such as ulcers due to the formulations generally being acidic.

He got on 15 grams of C a day along with lysine, and within a year his heart disease was totally gone. Reason is your arteries are made of collagen. When stressed they crack and your body sends lipo protein to fix it. That leads to blocks. This is all a result of low grade scurvy that causes cell inflammation. Humans are one of 3 only animals in the world that dont make our own Vit C. Ever wonder why wild animals dont get heart disease, cancer etc? Because they make 15,000-25,000% more vitamin C every day in the bodies then we consume.

I started taking it and have not been sick in 4 years. Not even a sniffle. Used to get sick 4-5 times a year.

My skin is amazing. C makes collagen. Collagen makes skin.

Great fat burner. Studies show taking lots of C burns 25% more fat than not taking it.

Has done wonders for my joints. All my lifts are at all time highs, and I am over 40 years of age. Feel like I'm 25.

Lots more benefits as well but those are some of the main ones.
Interesting. I have heard other peoples accounts of "curing" other various diseases with high dose Vitamin C too. Are there any downsides??

AND TO THE OP: What do you notice with zinc?? The most major thing I notice is I get WAY BIGGER cum loads. The wife turns into an angry dragon snorting cum out her nose every time

I haven't noticed anything other than two minor things.

One, if I go above 20 grams a day....explosions occur.I am fine below that.

And two, when I had my cholesterol checked a few weeks ago, it was actually TOO LOW. I can only attribute that to the C.
