That bench is absolutely mindblowing at that bodyweight. Must have considerable amount over double bodyweight for 1 rep max? I'm not sure whether you have already stated in this thread but tips? I can only do 286lbs for 1 at 180lbs lol.

You're pretty much all around perfection when it comes to to natural. You've achieved great strength and physique which is my goal too

Thanks man. But how for me I couldn't believe doing the squat... ATG with 4 plates and repping I felt on top of the world loool. Anyway..

I was happy when I got the bench. I think the form was bleh. Butt coming off the bench. I think I can do better now (at the same weight obviously) - my 1 RM for a touch and go like in the video 352lbs / 160kg.

For a pause 335 / 152.5kg

In competition... 325lbs 147.5kg (weighing 161lbs ) (tad over 2x bw in competition)

Tips is high volume and lots of frequency. Train your bench press paused - no touch and go like in the video. - I think it's genetics for me too because I've always been a decent presser.

thanks for the response.

Just out of curiosity how many times a weekdo you bench? 3 plates for 1 is the goal for this year (touch and go, will work on pausing it in future)

And of course the squat is amazing, but I see quite a few high squatters and even some deadlifters (light weighted brahs) and 8-9/10 times they don't have that impressive of a bench. The bench just stuck out for me.

I can only do 4 plates for 1 and i have 15lbs on you lol

Yeah true I see what you're saying. You are right actually. Most people are great squaters / daedlifters - I am the opposite lol.

I bench every workout. My split is - day on, day off, day on, day off etc I do a heavy day, medium and a moderatly light day, kinda like BBing style

Drop the weight back a little and pause your reps in your working set - trust me man. It gave me close to 20lb increase (ofc we are all diff.. doesn't mean you'll get that much)

Bro I am trying to go up in weight real slow because if I try to go too fast = diminishing returns. Weak ass lifts. I think I've been 5lbs heavier and did nothing really... Slowly but surely IF I can even get to that weight lol.. And those numbers = wtf don't think I can

I'm kind of surprised that people aren't more impressed with your lifts, especially at your bodyweight. Your 8RMs would be very impressive as 1RMs for a natty lifter of your size. I'm honestly blown away that you hit those numbers for 8 at 160lbs. I've never benched 315 for 8, despite having taken virtually every performance enhancing drug known to man throughout my lifting career, in conjunction with strong programming and 6 years of arguably perfect diet/nutrition. That said, I'm obviously a terrible bencher and always have been, but I'm incredibly impressed with your strength nonetheless. I have no doubt your 1RMs are much higher than you think they are. You are truly gifted - well done and repped.

Thanks man means alot.. I have been training for almost 10 years now and believe me when I tell you I put this game on a pedastal. I go over the top and I've paid for coaching (3DMJ Eric Helms) and I've done countless research. I am very happy with thr bench and dead 8rm but for me personally i am so proud to get 8 rm for the squat.

Ive always been a good presser never so much strong with legs or squats and deads in general.

My main goal now is to become elite in NZL which isnt too hard to do. Then I will go back to focusing on my physique.

Honestly bro I think youll get these numbers and more if you stick at it. I have 4 years on you basically. I know you said you are teching but i think that **** helps with the physique more so? Could be wrong..

Anyway thanks bro appreciate the love.

Doesn't matter too much about 5 x a week. I've done 6x, I've done 3, I've done 4 - so long as you do the work. You don't have to go balls to the walls during your sessions. Challenge yourself in a smart manner and let it all accum over time.

I think I stated my macros earlier? - Supps = monohydrate, multi, whey and that's it. Not using any supps now - don't see a diff. Although I may get back into whey when I wanna cut.

Also cut SLOWLY. Train heavy and cut slowly

scratch that. Just train how you normally train. And yeah. Cut slowly lol
