For me, it's the other way around. I don't know why anyone would be vegetarian, but if someone is vegan for moral reasons, I'm totally cool with that. I don't agree with those moral reasons, but that's fine, I can at least respect a person for sticking to their beliefs.

I love these sustainable arguments. As if it will even make a difference. We're going to wipe ourselves out by the time unsustainable practice really affects us. This species is fuking doomed overall. So is the planet, for that matter. It's a fact that the sun will swallow up the earth. So, in the end, nothing matters at all. Nothing.

Humans are meant to eat a diet of both plants and animals. You are retarded to say otherwise. Being a omnivore is a evolutionary trait allowing a species to live on either or. Vegan logic is 9/10 self righteous and following articles of extreme bias for facts. Do I support how animals get treated? No. But being a Vegan or vegaterian is not exactly the most efficient method of sustainment. The best option IMO is a small farm raising your own livestock in a humane way and a garden for vegetables. But with how busy people are in todays world even that can be difficult.

But we're feeding them and being nice to them... okay... so then my next point...

Wont eat an unfertilized free range chicken egg...

Yet many vegans have no issue with human abortion...

Many justify eating plants because they don't feel pain despite them being living organisms...

So is it okay to eat animals, insects, or aquatic life that don't feel pain? Can i drug my cows first and then kill them? If not... whats the difference?

Won't eat honey...

PLEASE EXPLAIN ... cause i seriously do not get the logic
What is a dog or cats "natural habitat"? They are domesticated animals. If someone has an issue with a WILD animal being caged, I don't see how dogs or cats apply.

If someone has an issue with eating eggs, then hey don't want to eat eggs. That has nothing to do with believing in abortion unless you specifically say you think you're killing an innocent chicken. That in itself is not a good comparison. However, if someone IS saying that then you have a problem with hypocrites or idiots (not vegans).

If something feels pain then it seems like a pretty damn good reason to not want to eat it. How do you know the things you listed don't feel pain? How trustworthy are your sources.

How is a plant based diet not sustainable???
You are wrong, flat out.

-less land
-less water
-less CO2
-less waste

What the US produces in cow feed could feed the entire world a 2,000 calorie diet, fact. We could end global hunger in a decade by eliminating 90% of our meat intake and converting farmland to human feed.

You are wrong, you have let your emotional attachment to meat get in the way of clear, logical thinking. Please stop posting false information.

Five pages in and not a single ethical vegan has produced a rebuttal to my points.

Instead i get, "YOU'RE COMPARING PETS TO INDUSTRIAL CHICKEN FARMS!" ... umm no ... i'm questioning your logic when you cherry pick certain domesticated animal conditions over others to feed your logic. For instance, its wrong to shoe and ride a horse, but yet its okay to dress your dog in clothes, shave them, or die their hair?

Maybe we should stray into how many people spend more on their dogs/cats than they do to combat human suffering? That's right ... it just isn't convenient to go in that direction is it?

Sorry but it is true, they've been talking about oil running out for over 100 years now. The advancement of technology has smashed those ideas.

Cows and chickens are domesticated animals too. If its wrong to cage one domesticated animal then its wrong to cage/confine them all.

You clearly missed the point. People that wont eat honey or an unfertilized egg... but find nothing ethically questionable in slightest for destroying a human fetus clearly haven't thought their position through.

Because the same logic that was applied to the plant was used.

Lol stupid example. Riding horses is cruel to vegans because its, dressing up a dog isn't cruel by any means.. ridiculous and silly? depends on the person but its not on the same level as putting a saddle on a horse and riding it with your body weight. Riding horses can **** their **** up if its done the wrong way where putting clothes on a dog does nothing. I see what you're saying but it's not as serious as a horse.. use better examples if you want your questions taken earnestly. Maybe thats why no one else replied to you respectfully yet.

That's why various animal rights organizations have threatened legal action over it. That's why there are thousands of internet sites and articles against it.

Experts believe there are occasions where dog clothing is acceptable, such as with small dogs and short-haired varieties, and during cold weather.

You just got cucked in your own game. You're generalizing saying dressing up every dog is cruel.. hmmm yet experts are saying it's acceptable in certain occasions. You lose. Use better examples.

You just got cucked in your own game. You're generalizing saying dressing up every dog is cruel.. hmmm yet experts are saying it's acceptable in certain occasions. You lose. Use better examples.
Actually i originally pointed out the hypocrisy in your logic that you previously stated...

You're making it seem that dogs dressed up is physically harmful at all times. Ok, it can be to a certain degree according to that article but at the same time we have experts saying clothes can be necessary so I'm more right than you, even if you point out the hypocrisy you still lost and your word over an experts being taken seriously is slim to none, your example was flawed and is now null and void.

1. Expert says clothing can be harmful
2. Expert says clothing is generally unnecessaryexcept on occasion.

Then you claim you're right more than me... and then have to follow up with this diatribe...
so I'm more right than you, even if you point out the hypocrisy you still lost and your word over an experts being taken seriously is slim to none, your example was flawed and is now null and void.
