Basic Techniques:

Anyway, the best way to work on not having an orgasm too fast:

1. When peeing, squeeze the pee stream on an off. Do this when peeing whenever you can. That strengthens the muscles and allows you hold ejaculation back.

2. In the middle of sex you can squeeze the tip of your penis. It removes some sensation for a bit and delays things.

3. You don't have to be thrusting your penis the entire time. Take a break and do something else to the girl then resume having sex. So, you can do oral, sex, etc so that you aren't over stimulating your penis the whole time.

4. This is most important! You have to have the mental goal of lasting, not "f@cking and getting off" because if you just "have to f@ck" that will make YOUR GOAL ejaculating. If you have a goal of having sex and making it last for you and her, then that will calm you down. For instance, if need to drive somewhere you can get in your car and floor the pedal and drive as fast as the car can go. Maybe you will get there but maybe you will have an accident. If you slow down and pace yourself then you will likely get to your destination and there will be no accident.
