ethiopian crackhead diet will get you losing fat if you stick at it.

so will the 3 full cucumbers a day and water diet for 1 month.

there is this bish in my gym that claims to eat 1500 calories a day, does 3 hrs gym 5 days a week. 1000 calories on various cardio machine and weights, and doesnt lose ANY weight.

she claims her body is different to others, i tell the bish she must be eating too much. she argues every time and says nope.

she can LDAR

calories rule etc of the day. eat too much, you get fat. vice versa. eat less, guess what happens

I've noticed when I eat clean my libido/boners decline. Yes, this is with lots of healthy fats too.

When I follow my normal diet (moderately clean with veggies/fruits but lots of fast food/high cal but high protein/fat foods) I have an insanely high sex drive.

This normal brahs?

Aerobic exercise (all forms) are the most overrated contributor to fat loss. It isn't necessary and it can even be counterproductive. The only reason to do aerobics is for recreation or for competition. Weightlifting is the best form of cardio and the best accessory to fat loss.

I wish people would get over this aerobics fad, it's like everyone is still stuck in the 80s just the same way as everyone still does stupid Weider-style high volume workouts.

Its really that simple folks. No style of training or diet has any distinguishable influences in this matter.

You eat more than maintenance, you gain weight, you eat less, you lose weight.
Lol not that simple, ever heard of hormones, macro and micro nutrient break down, digestion/ processing......

This looks like a good place to ask my question, misc experts.

My genetics are frustrating.

Whenever i get leaner, my face goes full skeletal mode

Traps, and upper chest get alot thinner and flatter. I start looking like i am "I'll" get comments about face, looking more sunken

Ab definition hasn't improved much at all in comparison, Abs are visible but not lean enough. I want to continue losing more fat to get my abs ripped, but by this point the rest of my body feels to thin.

I have nice definition everywhere except my abs. I lose all motivation to continue cutting because of this situation.

what da fuk do i do pls

you do have a point. i see one guy in my gym and his body shape hasn't really changed in months, if anything he has lost muscle, he have very little size, some titties and a gut, small frame. but crazy cardio skills.

all he does in the gym is run hardcore, we are talking up to 11mph on a gradient of 4.5%. i've seen the machine whilst waiting in between sets. he burns over 500 calories in 30 mins. after this he goes on the bike and kills it. sweats like a mother ****er. he does this every day of the week, yet his body fat does not go down.

i feel sorry for the guy as he tries harder than most, deserves to be shredded, but does 0 weights in the gym, fk knows what he eats

lol there's not much you can do.

I'm in the same boat as you, my face naturally holds very little fat.

even at 15% b.f people were asking if I was sick, face was sunken etc.

nothing you can do about where your body stores fat

It's insane.

I used to bike like 60 and 70 miles every other day, and lift, but I was still fat! I couldn't believe it.

But it was all because I was eating lower protein, too many sweets, and I guess way over cals. I got my fitbit, it's super easy to track cals, and I don't have the same trouble with fat. Also, I eat mostly only protein.

there is literally so much evidence out there showing you are wrong its mindboggling. HIIT is the ultimate fat loss, why do you think sprinters and swimmers can have low bodyfat while eating a ton of calories?

Eating less calories than your TDEE = fat loss
Eating more calories than your TDEE= fat gain

It's as simple as that, it doesn't matter what you eat. However, carbs and especially sodium can lead to water retention which can make it seem like your getting fat quicker.

even more simple than that...all about being in a calorie deficit, your nutrition really isnt important when it comes to cutting BF. Not saying you shouldnt eat healthy though but plenty of idiots do it that way.
Carb Mal-absorption, no breads, sugary snacks, rice, pasta...live off of 30-40g a day.

Same, I was doing 2-3 hours of cardio a day, lifting 2x a week, but eating a lot of whole grains and lower protein. I ended up with high body fat. Then started to cut out the extra carbs and tracked calories. I was eating 2400 calories a day, so had to get down to 1950, then 1700 to lose the fat.

lol it sounds like common sense but the majority of the general population believe that weight loss is some kind of secret formula, hence why weight loss is a billion dollar industry.

Pretty sad when all you need to lose weight is to understand a simple equation

It's believed that doing a lot of cardio is counterproductive to losing weight because it tends to stimulate an appetite. After his workout, he probably goes and eats back all the calories he burned in his post workout meal. There have been some studies that showed that weightlifting was more effective for losing weight than cardio.

Yea this is normal. It happens when your fat intake gets too low. It can affect your hormones.

If you lift hard though, you need a protein rich diet.

What you're going for is body composition, not just fat loss.

This is true. I was 170 pounds till 25. Eat like 4 eggs and 200gr bacon for dining, nothing didn't help. Now when I'm older eat 3 time less but manage to build some muscle.
And funny how skinny teens jump at gear to basically mess theirs perfectly balanced endocrine system.
