You're like the person who suffers from severe Stockholm syndrome, and will never admit the fault of the perpetrator, despite all evidence to the contrary. Should probably start claiming disability before they throw you in a mental institution. No one is making up anything...just using the common sense you seem to lack.
Someone should report your ass to your local govt if you really are a cop.

if he was mentally unstable, then it's not his behavior that was the problem. if he wasn't, you likely did something to antagonize him. normal dogs do not attack for no reason, especially the ones that take care of them

Cops who shoot unecessarily are pussies who can't hold their own in hand-to-hand combat
I don't hate all cops. I have friends who are cops. But these cops just make me cringe...

Proof 1. - dog wasn't aggressive, can be factually confirmed by numerous trainers and behavior specialists. It didn't lunge, it barked, approached the entryway, stopped and barked while wagging its tail for 2 full seconds, and then walked outside to see who is here. The hackles weren't raised, the bark was high-pitched and friendly, not low and throaty, there was no growling, no aggressive body language or stance, the dog was not stiff and rigid, there literally was no indication of aggression.
Proof 2. - it has been extensively discussed that the officers had numerous available options to resolve the situation in a non-violent manner, yet reacted poorly to the given circumstances and jumped head-first into deadly force. The first officer presented a baton when directly confronted with the animal, not a gun. He clearly felt that was sufficient for the situation. Both officers had pepper spray. Neither officer called to the dog's owner. Several other different things could have happened here.

Also, the cop wasn't effective with the baton because HE DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO FUKN USE IT SINCE HE DIDN'T FEEL IMMEDIATELY THREATENED. If he felt the dog was charging at the second cop why didn't he swing at the dog with the baton? Hurr durr common sense

The cop was NEVER in any danger of deadly harm, nor grievous bodily injury. A list of things he could have done:
-pepper spray
-baton
-talk to the dog and let the dog smell him to calm down (like a normal person does, who isn't a scared little chit)
-Kicked the dog if it started snapping
That dog could NEVER have killed or hurt the cops. Ever. Not ever. I don't think ANYONE who knows dogs would really even be afraid of the dog at that point.
Point is, the cop was a scared little chit and should be sued.

proof 2, you can use any means on anyone, there is no scale that you have to use, like if the guy has a gun you dont have to try to use a taser or,baton first, you can escalate straight to deadly force, just like with a charging aggressive dog. you literally have no argument, its on video the dog, charging the cop and he has to retreat get enough distance to shoot the dog...
I love dogs and i made it over a decade never having to shoot a dog, hell only time i came close was when a dog charged my kid when she was in a stroller but luckily the dog ran off before getting too close but my finger was on the trigger about to shoot

dhawkeye1980 you're grasping for straws calling that a charging dog. Dude's right. It literally walks, WALKS, right past the first cop. It's not even running, not even trotting. It straight up WALKS outside and the pussy cop shoots it.
Hell, it doesn't even look like the dog was even approaching the second cop, just that it saw an opportunity to go outside and wanted to get out. Every fukking dog in the world would walk outside an open door if the opportunity was there.

dhawkeye1980 you're grasping for straws calling that a charging dog.
