Srs question to Ameribrahs...

A lot of Apple users from the US will claim Androids are poverty, being that the iPhone is the most expensive... but how? Can you not get phones on a plan/contract (say... $80 per month for 2 years) therefore negating the whole expensive up front chit?

In Australia for example... You could buy an iPhone 7 or Galaxy S7 Edge for approx $1000, or get them on a plan/contract for $80 per month (approx), with no money down. There is no huge difference in price that would make an Android phone 'poverty' here, so I've always been confused at when that accusation is thrown at Android users.

i dumped samsung in favor of the nexus 6p. its just stock android. no bloat.

Rumour has it that Google is dropping the Nexus name/brand and replacing it with "Pixel" instead. This should be coming out before the end of the year, and will be made by HTC so you know the build quality will be awesome.

Wow the adapter looks even worse than I imagined, something straight out of 1998.

Still LOL when Apple fans defend this move. Theres no sense at all behind it other than to cuck you out of money. If they did care abiut higher quality audio they woulda just allowed the OPTION to use the lightning port as well. Emphasis on the word OPTION cause Apple doesnt believe in giving its customers any.

I was an iphone user since the 3 but switched to s7 when i headphone rumors. Something didnt sit right with this move, not what ill support, at least for now.

Then, find a similar priced bluetooh headphone and compare the sound. You'd have to be potato to think wireless is better. The headphone jack technology is still the standard for audio quality. I bet you're one of those people who download music from youtube and play it through bluetooth in your car, thinking it sounds good. Just LOL at how uneducated people are on audio quality. It is a big pet peeve of mine, and you simply don't love music if you're not even getting 40% of its potential.

Do you also realize you connect lightning headphones (also comes with the phone) which have a higher quality potential than 3.5mm? Bluetooth isn't your only option. Using a dongle is annoying, sure. But at least you don't have to rebuy your favorite headphones in lightning rather than 3.5mm (although maybe you will if you're an audiophile)
