1) not sexually attracted to you anymore
2) getting it elsewhere
3) you aren't putting in the effort. NOT initiation but the hand holding, hugging, random kiss on the neck, etc.

#3 is not an excuse for her not to put out. However, if you neglect your wife's needs by not actually listening to her (actually paying attention), not spending quality time with her on the regular (cuddling on couch for tv show, going out to a concert, take her out on an actual date), etc. then that is the treatment you get in return.

I would assume a combination of #1 and #3 for most of you. Marriage is work and it takes both sides. If she's really doing all the stuff all of you claim, then you need to have a serious sit down and that doesn't mean her giving a BS answer then distracting the convo to something else. An actual serious discussion solely based around why she doesn't want to fuk you like before and what needs to happen for your needs. Trust me, she'll be happy to unload on you about her needs that aren't being met and it's up to both of you to work on your flaws.

Female checking in, longest dry spell for me in my marriage was about 5 weeks, but not my fault. Had gone through a miscarriage, and needed a few weeks to recover, and obviously it was a devastating time for both me and my husband so yeah...neither of us were really feeling it.
