That's tough man. Have you talked to her? I she stressed out at work? Maybe it's not you. If that is not the case, there are things you can do to improve your situation. Are you bringing a quality product to the table yourself? If she doesn't find you physically attractive, then it's not going anywhere. If you are still fit and look like you did at the beginning, the fire might be out. If that's the case, talk to her and see if you can get it back. If you can't, then move on.

my ex used to pity phuck me after dry spells of 4-6 weeks (such dry spells used to happen all the time), I'd feel so pathetic afterwards I'd wish I hadn't even bothered.

Thank god we ended up breaking up after 4.5 years as our sex life had dried up 1 year into the relationship

Dude, when you are in that situation, you shouldn't "end up breaking up". You should do it. Way before 4.5 years go by.

I don't think she did, honestly couldn't care less either way now. Pity ****ing your boyfriend once every 6 weeks for a period of 3.5 years is worse than infidelity anyway

Reminds me of this:

I was 19 years old when we got together and she was my first girl friend who I lost my virginity to, I had absolutely zero sexual self confidence especially due to the fact my gf wouldn't sleep with me.

As it turned out she was the one who broke up with me (this is 9 years ago now) and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. Got me into lifting, rebuilt my confidence and there's no way I'd let a girl treat me like she did again.

Have been with my current gf for 6 years and we have an awesome sex life

Yup.

Here going on 3 weeks due to her having surgery down there. Will probably be dry until Xmas or so. Rather her heal up properly and not fuk up the future mother of my children and have them coming up with downs or sth.

In the meantime my assistant is looking perkier by the day and we're going away for a week for business in the first week of November, at which time I will have been 7 weeks dry ///fukthisgaylife

For brahs in sexless marriages, the best advice I could ever give is "Be a man your wife wants to F*ck".

Does this mean being a beta kunt who caters to her every demand? No. It means the exact opposite. Dress the part, smell the part, look the part. It's not always easy, but it's necessary.

Ask her for a little nooky... if she says no, then just move on and do something you want to do. Go out, hit the driver range, run to the mall and buy a new pair of flex-fit chinos that contour the shape of your greatest "ass"et. Have a life outside the marriage. Flirt with the girl at Booster Juice. Whatever. Just don't have your life revolve around her and the fact your not having sex.

For me, we've never had a problem with quantity of sex. I basically get it when I want it. We've gone through a few spells of 5-6 days where we look at each other and ask "wtf, has it really been 6 days" and we rectify the situation immediately. We are both attracted to each other because we "try" to be attractive. This is the best advice I could give. Be a man that chicks wanna f*ck and you will get laid.

I've been married 12 years, soon to be 13. I haven't been denied sex before, but there was a seven year stretch, beginning right after she got pregnant with our son, that she didn't want to do it. She would do it, mind you, but it was a "chore" for her, a check mark of things she had to do for the day. Brahs, that's a terrible feeling too. I was wounded in Iraq by an IED in 2005. I came home broken physically and of course mentally. I drank a lot initially. I was distant. Iraq changed me. It changed her. It changed us. I become more withdrawn, very beta, and would question her as to why she didn't want to have sex. It made me look weak, but in reality I was. I got off the alcohol, drugs, got in shape, got snipped in 2012, stopped whining about sex. She came off of birth control in 2012. The longest I went without sex was five weeks, because that's what the therapist recommended (six weeks). She couldn't make it the full six weeks. About five weeks in, she caved. Long story short, if you're whining about sex, stop. If your wife is on birth control, and you're done having kids, get snipped. That crap messes with their hormones, which I think had a lot to do with my wife's lack of desire. You will be more appealing to her if you act like you straight don't care. She possibly looks at you like a beta.

Have any of you been married longer than a few years (or days)? Been with my wife a total of 16 years and you get to a point where sex doesn't define love. I hit up my wife for sex at least five times a week and get shot down. After being turned down so much over the years, I've just lost interest in putting effort into trying. Rather than dwelling on it, I find other activities that bring me enjoyment. Doesn't mean I love my wife less.

Quantity of sex doesn't mean you have a good/bad marriage. I love my wife and she loves me, we do other things that are important to a healthy relationship. Sex is only a part of it. Marriages take work, just like going to the gym. Its a long term commitment and you have to work on all aspects of it to reap the benefits. With focus on the work part!!!

My wife and I are busy and we try to get it in when we can. I don't keep count because that is just flat out stupid.
However, I did take heed when an old boss of mine told me there are three kinds of sex after marriage:

Honeymoon sex- every night, maybe two or three a days (1st year of marriage)
After kids go to bed sex- sneak it in after hours when the kids are alseep (Married 2-8 years)
Hallway sex- when you pass by each other in the hallway in the house and flip each other off and say "F__k you"- (8 years and beyond)

However, I don't know if this will happen to me. Nevertheless it made me lol

Fair enough but she needs to be seeking medical and mental help if that's the case. That's a whole other thread and issue. Point remains, sex is a vital part of marriage and intimacy. I'm not talking about a 5 min quickie every day (fine occasionally) but there has to be intimate, romantic sex for both parties, whether dudes realize they need it or not.

Yep it's very sad. Look below, she thinks having sex once a week with her husband once a week makes her a hero lol.

Been married almost 15 years and we fuk at least 5-6 times a week with full time jobs and 3 kids. Once a week is a joke. She would be begging me for it if I only dicked her down a few times a week, much less me damn near dying. The only reason your husband is OK with it is because he's fapping the other days and just dealing with it. Reality check.

I think it depends, sex is the one and only thing (in a monogamous relationship) you can't share with another person. For some people (obviously not yourself) a portion of their self worth is tied up in their sexual identity. If this sexual identity is not satisfied by their partner then the relationship is doomed to fail.

However there's also plenty of people like yourself who can be happily married and in love without much of a sex life and it has no impact on their self worth. So long as the partners are compatible then either way can work.

That straight to the point sex
I'm back, bitches!

Def important to stay attractive to your spouse and keep the playful, fun side of the relationship healthy. When someone stops trying as hard, that's when the problems start.

Couldn't agree less and you're blatantly misguiding these younger dudes into thinking that sex isn't an integral part of marriage. You've just created a coping mechanism to deal with being "shot down" so many times. That's not a normal marriage situation and the length of time together shouldn't matter. I will never understand how having sex or just 1-2 times a week is acceptable. I was fukking my wife 3-4 times a week with 6 month old premature twins and both of us on 4-5 hours a sleep a day! WTF no wonder there are so many "beta FA" threads on here.

Totally agree about working on your marriage and doing other things together. It's important to be intimate in other ways that brings you close together. However, you cannot replace sexual intimacy and the importance of it. If she isn't having sex with you regularly then she has a medical problem or is getting that part of her needs met elsewhere. Are you fapping all the time? How do you go without sex for extended periods of time? Maybe you have a hormonal problem? Is your wife still physically attractive to you?

What?

So do you just masturbate every night or something?

Or have your t-levels dropped so much due to age you don't even have a sex drive?

Makes no sense to me how that is possible without one of you getting sex on the side

I'm not making fun of you, or did you just get used to not having sex after so much time?
