If she's being investigated or even miraculously gets locked up before the election, they should have known better than to vote for her in the primaries. It's not like this is her first criminal offense and they were blindsided, they knew who they were getting.

I was thinking more along the lines of lets figure out she is a without a doubt a criminal and they are without a doubt rigging the election (instead of just speculating) and get this sorted out before she gets the nod to take office. I'd want the same transparency if it was the other way.

If you were to turn on 90% of news outlets you'd hardly even hear about all the stuff she's done.

Was pretty disgusted that when I went to vote I was only required to fill out my driver's license number and never actually had to present my ID. I easily could just go vote for my roommate or my dad or anyone who ever leaves their wallet not under lock and key.

Originally was planning on going with a 300 blackput pistol, but being in Illinois stops any suppressor ideas and after seeing the cost/availability of ammo compared to 7.62 I'm trying to decide between an ak pistol (likely a century c39v2) or throwing together a 10.5 ar in 7.62.

I want something heavier hitting than 5.56 and pistol sized for cqb along with decent ammo availability when SHTF. Anyone want to convince me one way or the other?

Radical Firearms has a AR pistol in 7.62 for like $550, not sure of the quality though.

Thats not true. He can bring all of his firearms to Cali. He would just need to modify them. Bullet buttons on ARs/Aks (Anything with a detachable magazine), No threaded barrels installed (You can own, but not have them in the gun). And no automatics.

Also any gun that is not on roster, you can bring to Cali, register, then sell it for 3x the price.

Effective January 1, 2001, no handgun may be manufactured within California, imported into California for sale, lent, given, kept for sale, or offered/exposed for sale unless that handgun model has passed firing, safety, and drop tests and is certified for sale in California by the Department of Justice. Private party transfers, curio/relic handguns, certain single-action revolvers, and pawn/consignment returns are exempt from this requirement.

Can confirm. Would be perhaps the best all around part of the country to live in for day to day life and activities, if only the people, and therefore the representative arm in legislature of the people, were not so chit. AWB is stating that any gun that has a bullet button or HAD a bullet button must be registered (in a nutshell). Handguns (not ar/ak pistols) are exempt to it.. for now.

Re-read your question. If he were to bring it to Cali right now, he would need to make any of his ARs/Aks and any other semi auto rifle variant featureless, or he has to break up the action to
replace the magazine. also only 10 rounders in Cali.

Exempted persons such as law enforcement officers purchase or receive them and then later sell them.

The old and no longer valid single shot exemption.

Well I've met with enough people with off-roster guns to tell you that most of those selling, are not LEO. Their people who have property in both states and do this on the side to make some extra cash. Really sad if you ask me. There is LEO who do it as well, but not as much as most officers actually respect the roster and codes behind (from my experience) single shot exemption still applies to revolvers tho.

Sounds like a clusterfuk of trying to prove if you had intent to sell when you brought it into the state or if you planned on keeping it but decided then decided to sell at a later date.
