I have an over weight lifter that racks the leg press and only moves it 1 inch. Horrible form, makes me cringe everytime.

Will eat some whenever I feel like, sometimes if a long time has passed without eating a dessert, I just can't control my cravings and munch anything available near by.

I'd say 50-50. If my meal doesn't have something I like, I just eat as much as I can swallow and drink water to fill the left over empty space in my belly :P. I know I have to improve my eating habits else I'm gonna be stuck at ~130lbs forever

Most times, but only after a bit. If I just eat and eat until I'm full, I can eat an astonishingly large amount of food because I eat so fast.

Pro tip, it takes about 20 minutes for your body to recognize that it has eaten something, so eat slower and you'll feel more full afterwards

It's garden grown red and green peppers and onion. Eggs and a bit of cheese from the cousins house. Forgot the ham is in there, so not everything is farm fresh. I put some fresh salsa my mom's bf made as well. Had some ghost and habaneros in it. Chit was legit.
