Looks like everything really is bigger in Texas.
Unfortunately I can' rep you again; the 350 spread takes me forever to get through.

Always curious how much of a "spread" yku have to get through. I try to rep people and I'm on spread even though I have no recollection of ever repping them ever

I may just let Rocky win this one even though I could give him a solid run at the very least
1. I would be forced to step on a scale which is going to make me depressed either way
2. Even the thought of a 40 rep set makes me want to vom

This is an event I've always worked on the build endurance. About 2-3 times a year I do 5 sets of 225 to failure. When I started my goal was 100 reps in 5 sets. Last week I did it and got 139 reps. Y'all should give it a run if you want to build your max and your endurance. Take about 3-4 workouts then go back to your normal. About every 4 months do it again.
As i get older I am realizing i have to get while the gettings good. I can put stats and PR's up here all day long. But, the main concepts with my workouts....
1. GO BIG OR GO HOME.
2. FORM IS EVERYTHING
3. BREATHE.

Next week we'll do the box jump for height. Maybe it'll get more lighter weight people to enter.

On this lift, speed is your friend. Fast drops and explosive presses. On the decline, I practically drop the weight and catch it right before it hits my chest, tap the chest and explode through.
