Brah it's all in your mind, once you beat the demons in your head you are going to be alright.
Just take a look at your body OP, you're fukkin ripped
You look better than 90% of the population, what have you got to be anxious about?

OP, the same things happened to me when I was unemployed for some periods of time, I had low mood / libido, didn't want to do much social stuff etc.
Focus on finding some work, even contracting, and the weird feelings of anxiety that you are feeling will vanish. Sounds weird but trust me they will.
Also try going out locally in the evening to local quiet bars and just chilling there with a coke by yourself. If you can start doing that slowly and start to get comfortable by yourself, it might help you.
But yeah, focus primarily on the job-finding aspect first, if that's what gave you your sense of purpose before.

nofap, zma, vitamin d and fish oil should do the trick also be comfortable in uncomfortable situations by cold showers every day

1. 27 isn't old
2. Being single is GOAT
3. You workout aka you're better than 95% of the people around you f*ck them (srs)
I get that being laid off was probably rough. Sounds like it's stemming from this if anything and because of it you've let ALL insecurities start getting to you. Does it help if you go out with just 1 friend with you maybe for some support? Try getting 1 friend to come over to your place and then maybe try to go out together somewhere so you have support from someone you trust.
That's where I'd start. Or you could go the medication route, your call.

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

If you go the benzo route it needs to be short term to get you the motivation to get better. psych meds shouldn't be long term if it is for depression or anxiety

You have anxiety like this before or is it just in the last 2 months? I've dealt with anxiety for a while, it will come and go depending on what's going on in my life.

I have got like this on occasion and it happens when I isolate myself for too long a period of time. If I interact with people with some frequency it doesn't seem to escalate.

I've had an up and down battle with social anxiety for many years. What I've learned is that it is both an internal and external battle.
Internally, you need to work on correcting the negative thoughts that are making you feel nervous. Doing some deep introspection and seeing a therapist can help with this.
Externally, you need to set goals for yourself and work towards them. Create a life that you are proud of. That will give you a self-esteem boost. When you're happy with yourself and your life, you'll naturally care less what people think of you.

Now it's just out of control. When I do leave the house I keep my head down, look at the floor and just want to hide from anyone. It's messed up.

take vitamin b6 srs, it actually does work. This is coming from a dude who was diagnosed with severe social anxiety disorder. I went to post a thread about it and realized there was also a 600 post thread regarding vitamin b6 and it's effects on social anxiety.
