When I'm cutting weight (right now) I used EC but mostly just for the appetite suppressing quality. The stimulant effects are helpful as well, but for me not really needed.

When not cutting weight, I don't use a PWO, well, at most I just eat a tbsp or two of honey lol

How many PWO's have you tried. Did you use only the recommended dosage? How much caffeine content in those PWO's? Try a half dose?


I get sick when working out in the morning even without a PWO.

Very rarely do I need IT help with anything, but there was one time that they were going to need to remote to my desktop so before they did I brought up MS Paint and started painting a love scene between me and the IT guy that was going to remote. I saw when he remoted in (mouse cursor is taken over), he pauses looking at the MS Paint, then opens up notepad and typed "oh baby lmao". Was pretty funny.

We have one user's computer I refuse to work on unless I can do it by remote. The desk is covered with crumbs and the user has piss poor hygiene. I've been to HR about it and he said he had my back if any issues ever arose from it.

Yeah it really depends on the resolution you're going to run at as well. If I was sticking with 1920x1080 120hz I'd just stay with the 780 for a while longer, but I want to get a 21:9 1440p monitor soon.

I used Jacked a lot then maybe 10 others that I got for free. This was all around 2009-2011 though. I have not tried any recently, but I have the same problem if I drink coffee/any liquid within 30-45 minutes of working out. Its a one way ticket to tummy ache town.

I should try someone again, I am older...maybe something changed.

Sometimes I still get that way with new PWO's. But it seems that after taking them for a couple of days, all is good.

I'm fine with a shake and/or pwo pre-workout in the morning (or even training fasted, which I did for a long time). What I absolutely cannot do is eat real food and then go work out. Express train to vomit town.

Don't remember a term for it at all. I've heard flag/sweep here and in the handgun classes I've done.

Honestly I dont think theres a set term for it either, I just use sweep since it evokes the image im trying to convey, but Ive heard it for years described as "sweeping the room" when you do it to multiple people or an area, or "flagged" when its a single target.
