[img]https://media.giphy.com/media/3o7TKL6G3ZiFGs29pu/giphy.gif[img]
You remind me of my old teacher when I asked him if he wanted to go on a cut with me. He said he didn't want to lose any weight because he didn't want to look weak. I'm guessing it must have been a growing up thing?

There is a tendency for dudes to prefer being monsters instead of dieting and getting small like lingerie models.

Never mind the manlets and scrawny dudes. They like to focus on being cut as they will never know what it is to be massive.

My go to was
3-4 cups milk, 450-600cal
1 cup blended oatmeal, 300 cal
add a scoop of whey and you are close to 1000 calories.
Drink 2-3 of these a day ontop of whatever you eat.

Hardest part for me was when I got advanced enough that I had to realize you can't max out all the time. That blew my mind after spending so long being able to just add more weight each workout.

Before attempting any of this you need to undertake one very important step, try not to be such a little punk.

Not sure I'd bother lifting weights if strength or size weren't my goal. Cardio and not eating are better for getting small than barbells.

The point of BB.comis to improveaesthetics. That's predominantly size. Strength, is merely a convenient side-effect, and why nobody asks Mr. O how much he can bench.Since anybody can gain weight just by eating junk food all day, I'm pretty sure OP is referring to gaining muscular weight.

maybe someone is conspiring against you and labeling the nutrition info on your food packages wrong so that you don't gain weight but think you're eating a lot. it can only be revenge from the lizard overlords for getting too close to finding the truth about China and dinosaurs.

And if you are lifting for size, rules are the same. Progression in weight and reps of your lifts while eating more. If you aren't looking for strength or size, you don't need to lift.
