It often surprises me when I hear of women being content with never having children, marriage or at least a LTR. But everyone's different and there's nothing wrong with that at all. She may be happy with it or she could just be pretending to be. I know of a woman who's in her 50s and never married or had kids. This was her choice though; she's been engaged, had LTR's but broke them off because they didn't work for her. She's told me she is very picky though, so I'm guessing that could play a large part. She's pretty content with her life though it seems.

I don't see a problem with that. We need less people in this world. Automation is about to make unskilled (and some skilled) labor go the way of the dinosaur. It would be a great advantage for the United States to drastically reduce it's population in the next 50 years so when automation hits in full force our labor market won't be crushed. I guarantee you that will happen in places like China and it's not going to be pretty at all with extreme overpopulation and a dramatic decrease in jobs.

Are you serious? The chance for a down syndrome baby goes up astronomically after age 34 or so.
