How old are you now? Have you locked a guy down. I told a girl in person that was worried to freeze her eggs, she got pissed.

How bad was that biological urge when you were 27, did you just think about babies non-stop, desperate for any guy?

I was very worried I'd be a spinster. I mean i wasn't trying to get knocked up but I knew I at least wanted one kid. O contemplated moving to a bigger city to try and meet someone. I've always had trouble meeting guys because I guess I'm too tall?

Not that there's anything wrong with having a career mentality or being promiscuous, but it's in our biology to at some point want to have offsprings, even if we don't follow through with it, we all get those conflicting thoughts of settling down
tbh a career mentality and promiscuity really come down to whether the dude you're dating is okay with it

its all good talking about having a career and settling down...but who actually wants to settle with a 35-37 year old woman with ridiculous expectations and 37 years of baggage? I dont think people realize what a disadvantage you're in as a woman above 30:

Women are a bit like professional athletes...your best years really are about 18-34 and this chart is even pretty conservative in its estimate. When you see threads in which beta *******s claim that they're benefitting from the dating market at 30+ they're really not lying. Women lose in the back end.

Errr...yeah but J Lo is the one of the most iconic RnB artists of all time...and she looks better than 99.99% of women at 47. This is what I find kinda odd...a lot of women seem to think their lives may somehow end up like famous celebrities. Its kinda like me saying old out of shape dadbods can bang 18 year old hotties because I see leo dicaprio doing it. Except...I'm not leonardo dicaprio.

Wasn't that the Amazon's point, that she knew she wasn't jlo. And she probably wouldn't be able to bag a decent guy when she's in her 40s.

Guys should be glad a woman's built up her career first - means she earns a decent salary and has usually started accumulating assets like a house ... so she has as much to lose in a divorce as they do.

(Presuming they have any assets; out of several married couples I know, many more of the females had bought houses than the males, who were renting or living at home when they got married. Of course these people don't exist in the red-pill world).

So, it's so weird to me when I see many people wanting to have tons of kids, even when their lives are pretty tough as is. I see it all the time, and not only do they want more kids, they have tons of animals they take care of. And sometimes, even after they've raised all those kids, and have tons of grandkids, they wanna adopt another baby!

I can't relate to that at all. I don't even have plants here. I have zero desire to take care of anything or anyone. I guess I am a sociopath but I just have no desire to do any of that.

I do three volunteer programs, and yes they make me happy, but it's only a few times a week and it's not really work. I'm just way too lazy. I don't want any responsibilities or someone on me all the time. I need to be left alone.

Same. I have zero desire to parent. I broke up with my last long term boyfriend because he wanted kids and I don't even though I don't think I'll ever love again like I did him.

I don't know any men in my country who don't want kids so I've pretty much accepted that I am going to be forever alone.

That sucks. I've been married to my husband 20 years, and neither of us have ever wanted kids. I'm lucky!

typical misc logic

all women are worthless scum that will take half if you marry them but if one becomes independent and wants to pursue a career then she's a freakshow or selfish.

I dont think you realize just how much your fertility drops after about 32-35. Its mind boggling how so many people have been failed by high school biology.

And I dont think anyone is denying women are rising in rates of home ownership...women are outperforming men both academically and professionally. Its not any great revelation. The point is...men are booking out. In many ways, provided you're attractive and independent...our society actually caters peter pan syndrome. These women find themselves having committed years to careers to buy homes (in regards to that point...lets not pretend as if home ownership for those less than 40 is falling off a cliff) only to have no man who has any real interest in living with them. And thus you end up with large amounts of single professional woman living alone:

https://www.theguardian.com/lifeands...of-solo-living

and hence increasing feelings of isolation and loneliness:

http://fortune.com/2016/06/22/loneli...-day-epidemic/

I know people desperately need to convince themselves that this is red-pill philsophy but its not. In fact, probably the single person who has been the most insightful about these cultural shifts that I have heard is Camille Paglia..a notable feminist thinker:

It blows my mind that regressive leftist policies and neoliberalism has gained so many supporters on the misc of all places. Has this forum really been gutted of its more conservative leaning posters? No wonder nobody here lifts anymore.

As men we're hard wired to only value a woman's financial stability and efficiencythatmuch.

Because unless you're a narcissistic sociopath, you are human - and the core of being human is being a social species that derives fulfillment via companionship. I think there may be other ways to fulfill that - via close family and/or friends. So you don't desire companionship at all?

Idowant companionship. I was responding to your assertion about women needing children to be fulfilled; I should have bolded it to be specific. What I don't want are kids and a husband.

And yes, you're right. I get my companionship fix mostly through family and friends. If I am lucky, I'll meet someone here who wants the same things I do, but if it doesn't happen, I'll be just fine as well.

Do some reading about DSM 5 and personality disorders if you want to know which ones are the ones who don't want companionship.

It's apparent you have no clue.

I have never had the desire to have children ever, I was so sick of people asking when are you having children and you are getting old now.

Well lucky for me I have excuse, I actually can not have children so that makes it easier for me now

It's not about screwing up your chances. Many women simply cannot get a decent guy, are not willing to lower their standards and would rather be alone than be with someone they don't want to be with, let alone have kids with. You can't shame these women into getting with men they do not want...not when they are financially solvent and have the freedom to do as they please.

I just think it's hilariously ironic that strangers are calling me a sociopath and narcissist.

I at least have some empathy and would never treat others like that... even online strangers. And that makes me feel good about myself

I never called you a sociopath. I was referring to companionship in my post, and you say you've been with your husband for 20 years.

She said it was funny because neither her or any of her girl friends (all around her age) were in LTRs and were all single. I didn't wanna get too personal about whether they wanted kids or not, but asked if the reason was because they couldn't find a decent guy to settle with. She said no, not really, they all just seemed content being single with their careers.

I guess it's a weird reaction, but I couldn't help but feel sorry for them. I'm sure at age 35 they're still able to hook up with (even) younger guys, but I wondered in my mind if they realized their biological clock was running out of time (they must right). She made it sound like there were 5+ of them in the same situation, so I can't believe they all are content with never having kids.

She said she didn't know if that was normal or not and kinda laughed about it. I said I think it depends on where she was from, and she said San Diego. I blame modern feminism and extreme liberal messages for this sort of outcome. I just sat there thinking she was gonna be pretty old and lonely in a few years.
so? and why do you care? let her be!

You are not a sociopath, you are just like me

I wonder how destructive artificial insemination is going to be for offspring, is it true that in natural insemination a single sperm has to beat out all the others so it's in some way better or stronger? But with artificial methods they just put together some random sperm and the egg?

Not all women want to have kids, much like men don't want to. why settle when you can be happy living your life? if anything, kids will only age you. if i had to live single the rest of my life, it really wouldnt phase me. brb traveling the world. brb donating money and time to animal shelters brb

Oh, I know you didn't. I didn't mean you. You are not an a$$hole so I wouldn't expect you to attack me or anyone personally.
