As i get older I am realizing i have to get while the gettings good. I can put stats and PR's up here all day long. But, the main concepts with my workouts....

151 lb one arm barbell snatch at 315 lbs bodyweight. My gym doesn't have Dumbbells this heavy, so I used the barbell.

I managed 36kg
I also gained 0.1kg bodyweight since my last attempt, so 36kg @ 72.9kg or 79.4lbs @ 160.7lbs. Hope it counts, the lockout was strong but not as snappy as my earlier attempt.
