Well, ****. I need to do 35kg or more to beat that, lol. And I can't use a barbell because my ceiling is too low and sometimes it's off balance...
Old numbers, not as strong now :(
standing overhead press: 154 lbs
30deg incline bench press: 225 lbs
barbell reverse lunge: 269 lbs
weighted pullup: 261 lbs (total)

I managed 36kgI also gained 0.1kg bodyweight since my last attempt, so 36kg @ 72.9kg or 79.4lbs @ 160.7lbs. Hope it counts, the lockout was strong but not as snappy as my earlier attempt.

Lots of good entries to end this shoulder killer move, I had to skip shoulder day.

Yea, tough to stop the upward momentum and hold it, was my issue too.

Agreed, his was definitely the best lift. He's getting shafted under the "per bodyweight" score though. I think Iceman just wanted to make sure rocky wouldn't win again, lmao.

Rocky might have won if he was able to get to a db.but I definitely would have voteded for the big hairy grizzly bear. That's pretty impressive.

Geeeezus, 50 dips...would rather do one max weighted. How about clowns half repping on the assisted dip machine.

Yea fastest time for 50 is gonna be a looooooooong video, lol. Probably need 10 minutes or so and avoid failure like the plague.

Max weighted dip on the other hand scares me. I ****ed up my supraspinatus doing weighted dips.

Ha. I'm bowing out of this weeks. I struggle with dip, and always have. 8 clean reps is all I'm good for.

Hate to say it but we should skip this week since it's already Wednesday and come up with a challenge people will be excited/interested in for next week.

I think this is a great idea. Kind of a reset.

I don't remember where the list is, but have we done any sort of squatting challenge?

To my knowledge the lower body challenges we've done would be - overhead squats and box jump.

I think a squat at bw for reps would be a fair one, I'm also biased. I'll give it some thought the next couple days.
