I don't deadlift, spine too curvy from spending all my youth + all my adult life behind a computer. But maybe for a one hand DL the lower back loads are acceptable, might give it a shot.
Old numbers, not as strong now :(
standing overhead press: 154 lbs
30deg incline bench press: 225 lbs
barbell reverse lunge: 269 lbs
weighted pullup: 261 lbs (total)

fuk. how do you keep the bar from spinning? Might have to attempt it FridaybeforeI pull. 135 went up easily, but 185 I couldn't get grip tight enough to keep it from rolling out of my hands.
[b]edit: also, one handed between legs or bar in front of you?

As i get older I am realizing i have to get while the gettings good. I can put stats and PR's up here all day long. But, the main concepts with my workouts....
1. GO BIG OR GO HOME.
2. FORM IS EVERYTHING
3. BREATHE.

Any suggestions on how to make this attempt if none of the bars at your gym have a center knurl? I'm open to ghetto rigging something but nothing is coming to me except loading more weight on 1 side so that I can grip the bar off center at the knurling

I tried using my deadlift bar for this but lol thing is smooth like glass. Switched to this other thicker bar(still no knurl) 225 was good315 was iffy but those are my attempts this week!
oh and for me it helped to set up as i would do a normal deadlift then just drop 1 hand and move the other to the middle.

Well here's 285.....kinda close to double bodyweight? Weigh like 154 right now. Actually that's pretty far off still lmao.
The bar tilted to the side so idk if it counts but **** it lmao
