I was thinking to celebrate the 10000 post we launch a blood drive thread to motivate the miscers to donate blood and help out and a way to keep in touch after this is over, I think could be nice to do this with the support of the MODS

Have a power rack/basic weights/bars and such. I'm still a relative newb but trying to get consistent and actually put some decent weight on the bar.

Started out lifting at home myself. Many benefits to just doing your own thing.

Yep, that's the one. I can't stand black coffee, tried a hundred times to switch but I need the cream and sugar. I only do IF once in a while, there is some science behind it too, it's not just about not eating, works imo

Work out at home also crew. If you have enough weight, that's all you really need, machines are good for some things but imo free weights are just better

I had a short stint few years ago where I went to the gym and def enjoyed some of the machines but the last year or so I've had my rack at home and still enjoy it. I def lean more toward free weights.

Just took the doggo out for a quick walk and fed the ducks/geese. It's fukking cold! Didn't prep for the weather and froze my fingers off.

Hurts when the warm blood gets back to the fingers. I do this a lot but usually go back inside and put something on, learned the hard way

Yeah, I like working out at home I just can't do the weight I want so it's been an adjustment over the past couple years. I'm just so much weaker now and have lost quite a bit of muscle.

I hadn't seen some my friends for two years and they were disappointed with how small I am now, oh well lol

They ladies in the street and freaks in the sheets so I just can't say no. I just can't believe my luck though, I literally can't believe that every girl I like turns out to be a vegetarian.

I am retard I guess cause I eat meat with every meal, infact it's a rule I live by.

Once you hit beefcake status you never really lose it as long as you keep active. The last time I benched for reals I did 225 for 3 sets of 15 and only weighed 175 and hadn't really been lifting hard for a year.

The worst thing I ever did was move 30 minutes away from the closest gym, no fuking way I'm spending an hour in a car just to workout.
