Hey iceman to revive this how about we do a sandbag or heavy carry?( I know not everyone has access to one but it would be a good one) if someone doesn't have access to one they could fill a hamper basket/garbage bin with some weights lmao

130 strict press @ 129.
17 strict unbroken dead hang pullups - will make it 25 by the end of 2017.
1rm pullup: + 60lbs for sure, 70lbs chin to the bar not sure if above - will make it 90lbs by the end of 2017.

Ok. Db hold for time. No straps, 50% of bodyweight. Obviously db per hand.
To add some smack, I still hold the Illinois state record for masters with a 305# per hand farmers hold, 32 seconds. Had to pick it off the ground too.

I'll give it a shot 90 lb dbs per hand should be pretty easy but I have no idea what a respectable amount of time is to hold them
