Most of this exercise is mental for me. So afraid of that failure.

lol. I got it tomorrow to make up for the meh feeling. I had a lot of volume in squats and DL's the last two days, so my explosion was pretty much non-existent. I've been doing these for a couple weeks and did 3 reps of this weight/height last week, without issues. My goal is still to do 135 @ 36", but I couldn't even get the bar at 36" today.

U need my knee pads. Ummm that's more like a desk jump; the one with the plate was pretty darn good.

Rip this sweet thread??

Hey iceman to revive this how about we do a sandbag or heavy carry?( I know not everyone has access to one but it would be a good one) if someone doesn't have access to one they could fill a hamper basket/garbage bin with some weights lmao

Noticed I forgot to do the last challenge too

Ok. Db hold for time. No straps, 50% of bodyweight. Obviously db per hand.

To add some smack, I still hold the Illinois state record for masters with a 305# per hand farmers hold, 32 seconds. Had to pick it off the ground too.

What if we don't have dbs half our weight? I could probably lose the weight this week, but largest I have access to, are 100s

I don't have 155-160 DBs, but what if I try 305# per hand for max time?

I think I can give it a good try, picked up 400/hand before

I'll give it a shot 90 lb dbs per hand should be pretty easy but I have no idea what a respectable amount of time is to hold them
