This post highlights your whole problem. You think anyone is judging you lmao. Everyone is too focused on their own grind and looking good compared to others that they don't realize nobody else is actually focusing on what they do. Wellknown psychology phenomenon called the spotlight effect. If you think you are more than a passing glance to anyone else you are delusional. Maybe some people in the gym see you and are impressed with your bench, or see you with a hot chick and wish they were with them, but if you think anyone focuses on you for more than a second you're delusional. Especially with there being tons of people more successful, attractive, or stronger than you they can be jealous of. This is a fundamental problem with your understanding of the world that no misc post is going to correct though, so keep lashing out and rambling in this thread if it makes you feel superior.

There's an element of truth to the title of OP.

Human happiness is predicated on favorable comparison with others. A massive study determined the external contributors to happiness are:

1) wealth relative to your neighbors. So a millionaire living next to a bunch of decamillionaires (?) feels like ****, while a hundredthousandaire living amongst tenthousandaires is loving life

2) length and difficulty of your daily commute.

Problem is looks and money are the raisin d'etre to getting good looking women in a superficial and competitive society (pretty much any 1st world country).
