It looks like you are just wearing tighter pants with your back arched and knee bent more. If you are going to be honest with yourself you need to do the same pose in the same type of clothes. Not use photo trickery.

Butt implants can be done for as low as 2-3k. Most of these "transformations" are implants or extreme lordosis in posing plus yoga pants plus angles.

just have a good program where you have high volume/frequency, the correct exercises and you're adding weight to each thing as often as possible

heavy as in you push yourself to add more weight every week or two on most exercises (at least till you're past being a beginner). not just lifting 12-15 reps and leaving 5 reps in the tank every single set

why worry about genetics? you can't change it and worrying about it instead of worrying about the things you can change is certainly going to net you no results instead of good results

Thanks I generally do 3 x 12 of every exercise I do I make weight so when it comes to last set it is hard to get to 12. Lunges I try do 5 x 20 with weighted bar I'm finding weight squat a lot harder to keep good form but lunges super easy to keep form and go low. I think due to my hip injury reason for bad squat form

Not sure if these are troll posts or not. lol. She clearly put on weight in the time between the two pics. Reference the waist.

Maybe someone could measure it with some iphones?

20 reps is way too high if you want growth, stick to 8-12 reps on most exercises, maybe up to 15 if you really want to, and i'd go 3-8 reps on squats. sort out that squat form, there are tons of resources online

where are the glute cable kickbacks? glute bridges? hip thrusts? pistol squats? glute ham raises?

how's your diet? just as important as the rest of this to eat in a slight surplus and get enough protein

U can add maybe 3" with some heavier squats, deadlifts but will prob take 3 years if u are starting out with pancakes. They do make bubble butt undies with the arse cut out that lifts it, makes it look bigger.

It's a prerequisite to getting big and strong. Now you can lift not so heavy and up the volume for hypertrophy but OP doing sets of 20 and sets of 12 where only the last set has a 12th rep that's hard to complete is too light even in a volume focused approached.

OP, glutes are the biggest muscles in the body for either gender. Show up every week and lift heavy enough that your would-be failure rep is 12-15 or lower and you'll get a bigger ass as an inevitability.
Most Underrated Exercise: Barbell Hack Squats.

Hold last rep on last set Deadlifts/Hack Squats for easy forearm/upper trap development.

make that twice a week and don't just stop at 3 sets like you're going through the motions. do 4 or 5 sets on some exercises if it feels good that day

http://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showth...hp?t=137815533

good thread for squatting high bar. the stretches are relevant even if you squat low bar (which is more hip/hamstring/glute dominant rather than being mostly quads). gonna need to do the stretches either way

All about the fat distribution. Some girls got it, some girls don't. That's why I'm no longer interested in white girls. Pancakes make me sad.

OP you can gain those assthetics but in this particular pic, her before pic was decent to start and the new pic has a stronger lumbar curve to accent. And the grey pants are better for showing 3D-ness vs the black silhouette before pic. It's honestly not that much of a difference for 2 years.

But yes, lift heavy. Just don't let your quads outgrow your hamstrings.

I do all the above but pistol squats not sure what they are, so will youtube that exercise. I'm trying to work on form for squat but not coming easy, fine when I have no weight but soon as I put weight on my form goes to s***

Diet I do not think I eat to surplus I do not want to put weight on, I guess this makes it even harder to put mass on my butt

That bolded part does that mean I'm doing too light weight??

Thanks everyone for your input on weight training, much appreciated will rep on rc
