squats and deads are enough to firm up your ass and make it round

It looks like you are just wearing tighter pants with your back arched and knee bent more. If you are going to be honest with yourself you need to do the same pose in the same type of clothes. Not use photo trickery.

heavy as in you push yourself to add more weight every week or two on most exercises (at least till you're past being a beginner). not just lifting 12-15 reps and leaving 5 reps in the tank every single set
why worry about genetics? you can't change it and worrying about it instead of worrying about the things you can change is certainly going to net you no results instead of good results

where are the glute cable kickbacks? glute bridges? hip thrusts? pistol squats? glute ham raises?
how's your diet? just as important as the rest of this to eat in a slight surplus and get enough protein

U can add maybe 3" with some heavier squats, deadlifts but will prob take 3 years if u are starting out with pancakes. They do make bubble butt undies with the arse cut out that lifts it, makes it look bigger.

Volume is KING.
OP, glutes are the biggest muscles in the body for either gender. Show up every week and lift heavy enough that your would-be failure rep is 12-15 or lower and you'll get a bigger ass as an inevitability.
Most Underrated Exercise: Barbell Hack Squats.
Hold last rep on last set Deadlifts/Hack Squats for easy forearm/upper trap development.

good thread for squatting high bar. the stretches are relevant even if you squat low bar (which is more hip/hamstring/glute dominant rather than being mostly quads). gonna need to do the stretches either way

OP you can gain those assthetics but in this particular pic, her before pic was decent to start and the new pic has a stronger lumbar curve to accent. And the grey pants are better for showing 3D-ness vs the black silhouette before pic. It's honestly not that much of a difference for 2 years.
But yes, lift heavy. Just don't let your quads outgrow your hamstrings.

Diet I do not think I eat to surplus I do not want to put weight on, I guess this makes it even harder to put mass on my butt
