This forum has an absolutely toxic mindset when it comes to lifting. Machines, smith machine, and isolation excercises are all great tools to use in order to help you get bigger. They all have their uses and benefits, you would think a bodybuilding forum would realize this. Its no wonder some many on thi site are dyel

You mention tools, those are accessories, the nuts and bolts of bodybuilding are heavy weights, over and over and over.

Where are you located and what gym do you go to that makes you assume "99% of lifters who do compounds do them really furcking wrong" and then apply that to the world? I mean, you are 21 years old, so are still in that stage where you think you know everything. I mean, I can agree with you, lots of people don't really know what they're doing and they should stop before they hurt themselves or at least get training. Every time I hear people proclaim running will ruin your knees, I know these people are actually joggers and are fat, out of shape (or heavily muscled with little lung capacity/low endurance) and do a lot of up/down motion when going at a pace slightly too fast to walk, but too slow to run. They are not actually runners and when they get injured, it's not because of running....since they don't actually run.
Not sure about the percentage of people doing deadlifts incorrectly at the gyms I use, I just don't really pay attention. Too busy with my own lifts or running. But I have been deadlifting for longer than you've been alive and have no back problems or any problems.........except muscle tears. I don't really try to go heavier and heavier anymore. Already had one shoulder surgery and feel like I got two other strains, that will be tears if I really pushed myself to go heavy.

Id rather do heavy underhand rows to emphasize the lower lats and develop width than to deadlift 7 plates. Id rather do heavy incline dumbells than flat barbell, most people have lagging upper chests. The big 3 are great but like I said they are not magical. And for a lot of people the big 3 will accelerate asymmetries.

Also, I thought upper/lower chest was a myth? Most people are just fat, so their lower chest look bigger.
Either way, 99% of GYM GOERS are nowhere near the size where asymmetries matter. As long as they add OHP and pullups to get wide shoulders and wide backs. I think it'll do till they become more elite.

I think deadlifts are retarded, but thats only because i always feel my back in a way im not supposed to when doing them, no matter how much weight. Every other normal lift is fair game

I also need to buy some more 45's. I only have a total of 335lbs (including the bar). Not if srs. Unless you're a midget competing in the 115lbs weight division 375lbs on deads is not something to brag about srs. Pretty sure any normal male should be maxing near three plates easily and that's not far off.

Doing deadlifts set me up for no back problems ever, can do physical work all day with no prob
Whats the 1st thing plebs do when they injure their back? Avoid all exercise and related movements to the back thus making the back even weaker, the injury potentially worse and setting themself up for a life of mediocrity and further injuries
Harden the **** up

I think sometimes because we workout we become detached from the reality of how weak most guys walking around are. I'm a smaller guy and I'd say I'm stronger overall than 80% of non lifters in every way shape and form no matter their weight.

But you'd be surprised man, it's always people who are barely above average that are bragging about how awesome they are.
