No, because I compete horses and I compete in dressage, you must have excellent posture on a horse otherwise you will be marked down. Also my coach goes nuts when I slouch.

One of my good friends, I didn't realise how clingy she was until now. She is currently going through divorce and has this need to be around people. Unable to enjoy her own company. Yes I avoid her at times or make up excuses not to see her. Also she doesn't have a car and expects me to constantly drive to her.

I don't follow any of them, so can't comment.

P.S. Your posture problems will go away faster if you start doing the Face Pull and Pendlay Row twice a week. Also keep maintaining proper posture, especially while sitting.

Correction, Hersheys milk chocolate contains 11 percent cocoa, dark chocolate contains 30-80 percent

"The difference between dark chocolate and milk chocolate is that it does not have any milk solids added. Dark chocolate will generally have a higher percentage of cocoa solids and can range from 30% to 80% in cocoa solid make-up."

"It's just candy. Milk chocolate contains so much milk and sugar that its percentage of true cacao may be as low as 10 percent, the minimum required by the FDA for calling it "chocolate" on the label. Hershey's milk chocolate contains about 11 percent cacao."
