One of my good friends, I didn't realise how clingy she was until now. She is currently going through divorce and has this need to be around people. Unable to enjoy her own company. Yes I avoid her at times or make up excuses not to see her. Also she doesn't have a car and expects me to constantly drive to her.

P.S. Your posture problems will go away faster if you start doing the Face Pull and Pendlay Row twice a week. Also keep maintaining proper posture, especially while sitting.
