How the fuk does someone start "shaking uncontrollably" after eating a few pancakes? Medical condition? Drugs? Allergy? Just wtf mane.

Doesn't sound like choking? Or does it? Seems more likely to be a seizure to me.


Also feels so bad for her mother... assuming her and the Dad were married she has now lost a husband and a daughter... would suck azz.

You are supposed to have the person lie flat on the ground and use both hands to pound on their chest (under the ribs on the diaphragm) to clear the airway

They default to this, I suspect, as with different body sizes the heimlich isn't always effective but either could do it

As a last resort a knife or sharp object can be used to stab into the throat

Depending on how jammed full it was of pancakes nothing may have worked I don't know
