Nice work! No doubt you can bump the wt up, that looked like no prob for you. LMAO at "Hammy Hammy Hobbes," I wish they'd let me put that on my driver's license.

Gotta make them gains. Sets of 10 up to 365 then get what I can.
As i get older I am realizing i have to get while the gettings good. I can put stats and PR's up here all day long. But, the main concepts with my workouts....
1. GO BIG OR GO HOME.
2. FORM IS EVERYTHING
3. BREATHE.

USAPL is strict, but it makes you control the weight. It's probably more strict than you are looking for here.

B. You cannot sink the bar into the chest AFTER the press command is given.
My bro actually brings the bar down very controlled, but got red lighted at the same meet because it came down very slow so after the press command was given it actually sunk a little bit before going upwards. I may bring the bar down fast and sink it into my chest, but after the press command is given there is no downward movement, that's the key.

2. Any change in the elected lifting position during the lift proper, i.e. any raising movement of the head, shoulders, or buttocks from the bench, or lateral movement of the hands on the bar. (Bench Press- Rules of Performance #2)

I trained for over 2 hours today on bench and squat, grueling, heavy prep work, sore AF, can hardly walk. Will probably lose the bench crown to some guy that just does heavy bench singles 3 times a week after eating at Burger King.
