I was actually contemplating this diet for the last week of my cut. but I am already at my avi.. not sure how much I'd lose

I may end up doing it for just one week before my lean bulk though.

You can have fats in there right?
Bruv I did this shiet for a whole month back when I was a retarded 18 year with zero clue about nutrition lol. I'm pretty confident about 10 days. Looking forward to eating 500g of carbs o the 11th day.

You're looking shredded in your avi btw. 1 week of pmsf will have you leaving humanity behind bro. Perfect to start lean bulking. When will it be my turn boyos.

To the guys who've done it, how many lbs did you lose in the 10 (or whatever days) you did it. Kind of curious to try but really seems like a fast track to fcking your hormones or rebounding the way. I'm also surprised if it doesn't make you lose gains.

I'm losing ~1 lb a week right now at 1800 calories doing IF. Will be doing HIIT again next week.

Macros for the day are:

Protein: 150g
Carbs: 50g
Fat: 21g
Limit for carbs and fats should be around 25g (and yes you count carbs from veggies). You look lean in your avi. The leaner you are, the more protein you need, around 2g x pounds lean body mass, doesn't matter if that put you above 800-1000 cals.

Lol dude in my avi I was about 165lbs now I'm around 185lbs-188lbs lol got sick in the winter and couldn't hit the gym so I ate more like a dumb phuck and I've been lazy and inconsistent with my cut ever since. So frustrating since getting to 165lbs took me a bit more than 2 months slowly cutting. Now I just want to get a good jump start cuz summer is right around the corner. Anyway, I'll try not to eat those tortillas tonight though lol. It total they added to 32g of carbs so I can definitely do below 25g of carbs.

Yeah, kickstarting with PSMF is great. The rest of your cut will feel quite easy after going through it lol

Subscribed - beginning tomorrow and will update with pics. Maybe even might have avi material at the end.

Doing it with no EC stack cause the E is illegal in NZ. Category 1 dieter though so only 12 days of hunger.

iv'e tried psmf before but always struggle with hunger. Do you guys think its mandatory for most of the calories to come from protein to help offset hunger?

also you guys think you need to do IF with it as well?

So if you're only doing it 10 days straight how long do you go before doing it a second time? And do you go back to your normal cutting calories/macros for the time in between?

In the rapid fat loss handbook you're categorized by your beginning bodyfat levels and activity levels.

Category 1's do it for 11-12 days before refeeding and taking a 2 week break then you do it again. Doing it a second time is optional although lyle mcdonald says he'd prefer you to only do it once.

Category 2's and 3's go for longer and get the odd free meal and stuff. I didn't really read any of their stuff indepth because I'm sitting around 14%. (Slightly visible abs with a small tire when I flex them)

Buy the book and do it properly if you're gonna give it a go.

bro you stacked ECY together? I did that for a bit but people said it's probably too hard on the heart. Massive cuts though, I didn't feel like it was too much, just was skeptical. How much Y you do?

I'm up to day 3 and struggled to get out of bed this AM. Hoping to maintain the motivation to keep going today... craving carbs pretty hard right now but still got a determination to stick with this.

Was feeling totally fine (although peeing allll the time) up until last night when I hit the wall and my energy levels dived. I'm guessing this is the sensation of liver glycogen being depleted(??)

I'll post pics if I can make some progess, maybe starting at the 1 week mark. Too shamed to show the 'befores' with no ensuing progress to back it up!

I'm cat 2 btw. In NZ so no E here.

takes time to get through those first sluggish energy days. With no carbs and lifting every day, by day 3 you should be in ketosis. I am the entire time I do PSMF. You'll probably wake up at night to pee a couple of times in that first week as you dry out. Stay hydrated

Nah not necessary, but maybe preferable for some.

According to the RFL handbook meal frequency isn't as important as making sure total days requirements are as per the guidelines.

But on the other hand, when you day's intake is so low (in my case 576 calories (144g protein) it's kind of senseless and demoralising splitting that into too many miniscule meals anyway!

Thanks for the tips! Might buy some pee sticks to see that I'm in ketosis for some extra motivation.

Sounds interdasting.

Scared to lose too much muscle though.

I lost 30lbs last year from cutting March-October, ended up looking like chit at the end of the cut, and lost a ton of strength.

Edit: fuaaaark, put in my stats on the calculator page, and it wants me to eat 338g protein per day... (1633 cals total)
