IMO the ultimately difficult part of being vegan in this day and age is finding places to go out and eat. But that will also eventually be rectified when restaurants start seeing that vegans are making up more and more of their customers, and they will eventually cater to it. A lot of fast food joints are already hopping on it.

I don't know about the US, but where I live there are some good tasty food recipes made with legumes, so it's not difficult if one really wants to abstain from meat. And they're protein packed as well.

did vegetarian for a while (2 years). back on the animal products and feeling stronger than ever. just choose wild / grass fed for the real health benefits. factory CAFO grain fed sick animals are disgusting and not healthy to consume in high frequency.
