GILD is coming off patent on their big money maker products I believe.

That's why their PE is so low. It's not a gimme.

talking about crude

i might set up some USO puts before EIA inventory count tomorrow.

this one was pretty money. everybody bullish at that coil at the top 53+, drop ended at 61.8 and tested it 3 times..
didn't catch it on the way down, but made some decent money on xom calls, shoulda just played USO.

but its running back into that coil and volume area to backtest that, i think tomorrow's count will be the end of this oil rally, think they will come out with noticeable build compared to the RNG count today.

edit: and TLT might just begun its run back to 127 soon here. few dollars up on tlt seems insignificant but it will destroy banks. just heads up.

what is coming off patent? They have epclusa and some others cornering Hep C market(came out in 2015) and Genvoya/Atripla/Descovy/complera (came out in 2015-2016) dominating the HIV market alone. The best part for them is that they always get their asking price because people with HIV get all their drugs through the Ryan White program and, since many people with HIV also have HepC they too get their HepC meds through Ryan White as well. The other big group of HepC is military people who get coverage through the VA which also pays for HepC treatment.

As far as pipeline goes their crohns stuff looks okay (JAK1 inhibitor) RSV med could be legit and their Cystic Fibrosis drug could be too. If their alcoholic liver disease drug is good that could be legit as it would be 1st in its class. I don't even bother attempting to guess on chemo stuff and I feel like they are focusing too hard on NASH when it isn't super common, although perhaps they are banking on more obese people getting it who knows. 54 billion does seem like a lot in market cap(taking out cash they have in the bank), but I've never understood how the price multiples work with pharma companies.

$29 a month, not worth it. I make enough to pay for the listing fee. I'm usually near the top of the rankings but theirs always some dip**** that has a 3 month old system that makes 100% on an a stupid bet option bet charges $199 a month gets a ton of subscribers then implodes. Its been like this since I first started in 2012, good consistent systems are pasted over.

I do have 4 subscribers that have been with me for a 2years, lol.

https://www.usatoday.com/story/money...tue/100364564/

The sculptor who created the “Charging Bull” statue is accusing New York City of violating his rights by allowing the “Fearless Girl” statue to be installed without his permission.

Attorney Norman Siegel told the Associated Press that Italian-born sculptor Arturo Di Modica plans to explain his plans to challenge city officials who allowed the “Fearless Girl” statue to be installed without his permission during a Wednesday press conference.

Di Modica installed the “Charging Bull” statue in front of the New York Stock Exchange in 1987 as a symbol of America’s resilience following the stock market crash that year, AP reported.

The city eventually moved the piece to a small public park in the Financial District.

The iconic statue has remained in the park and become a massive tourist attraction, until on the eve of International Women's Day, an asset management company
placed a statue of a little girl in front of the charging bull to highlight a lack of gender diversity and equality in the workplace.

Overnight the fearless girl statue, which was created by artist Kristen Visbal, gained widespread attention with tourists flocking to the site to take pictures with the statue as a petition from change.org gained thousands of signatures requesting the statue remain a permanent fixture.

Thousands of people want the statue of the fearless girl on Wall Street in Manhattan to become a permanent fixture. Veuer's Nick Cardona has the story. Buzz60

The statue was commissioned by State Street Global Advisors as a part of its call on the more than 3,500 companies that benefit from its clients' investments to make sure their governing boards are diverse.

By March 27, Mayor Bill De Blasio agreed that the “fearless girl” statue would remain on Department of Transportation property as a part of its art program through February 2018.

While many praised the move, Di Modica was far from pleased. He told MarketWatch the fearless girl statue was simply "an advertising trick," which no one can argue with.

“I put it there for art,” he told MarketWatch. “My bull is a symbol for America. My bull is a symbol of prosperity and for strength.”

On International Women's Day, a statue of little girl defiantly stares down Wall Street bull
'Fearless Girl' statue will keep staring down Wall Street's bull

Feminists stopping bull market, smh.

Well he's right, a lower US$ is great for our economy. Unfortunately the $ is just starting its rally. I'm gonna enter GLD puts tomorrow. Only a close above $1300 this week would have me reassessing that trade. $1289 is resistance for sure. Just hit it a few seconds ago, lol.

I'm not saying he's wrong, but the timing aspect is so fkin suspect. Many are long GLD right now to geopolitics, and then he put it over the 1280 mark, think it's a huuuuuge trap.

Last time he said this about the dollar, gold rallied for a bit, and then Bank Of Japan still continued it's abuse of the dollar by devaluing the yen constantly.

Everything is comical. Yellen wants another hike while we're at <1% GDP.
