Told you, I'm old. Fighting tendonitis in right elbow and don't have those cute little band to help.

And that's a Fitbit cuz, told me I burnt 1628cals on that lift lololol.

If you look on Youtube for "Bando's Tendonitis Curls" and "Iceman1800 shoulder stretch" you won't need a cute little band.

Yeah the bench can be tough, I know for one anatomically I feel much more comfortable with a decline angle. It simply fits my personal anatomy better. It is easier tho, more mechanical advantage

Utica RPS? If so, I'll be cheering you on or I can be your Misc. spot Brah.

I'm going to submit a basement lift next week for the 181. Either 315 or 335, love benching under my trophies but trophies don't make up for a poverty bench.
Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

It's a make up meet for one that was cancelled in October due to hurricanes, in Daytona. Definitely appreciate the spot offer Bando!

Not at all, just trying to focus on that painful tendon.

You could also try supinated, eccentric shoulder flexion from 90-0 to get the long head of the biceps tendon if you are having problems with chronic tendinopathy in the LHB. I would use caution utilizing that technique as it is pretty intensive.

Isn't that pretty much what Iceman is doing in the vid I was referring to?

Nice! Totally off topic question - I travel to your area about once a year. Looks like you workout at home, but is there a gym you'd recommend? I travel to Hansville, so don't really want to go much further than Kingston 2x a week while I'm there.

I work in Hansville. there is a small gym called kingston fitness off of barber cutoff rd. not bad, when bubsnbeans husband lived locally met up with him there. There are a few gyms in Poulsbo (one town south of Kingston) and a nice YCMA in Silverdale (two towns south). I grew up in Hansville and there is nothing here, what brings you out this way?

My parents live thereYes, it a bit in the middle of nowhere! I've researched some of the gyms in the area, but it's also a big time commitment away from the fam to go. Last time I went I did a full 2 weeks off, and just walked. Maybe I can talk my mom into joining me a few times

Question: I'm around 200 right now, putting me in the 220 class. If I shed some weight and drop down to 198, then post an entry for 198, is that allowed? I know I can only have one entry at any given time. I guess I'm just wondering if it's okay to switch weight classes in the middle of the comp.

From what I understand, your last entry is your only entry. So if you switch weight class, then that's what you got. I'm 238 right now and debating sliding down to the 220. Would only take a couple days.
As i get older I am realizing i have to get while the gettings good. I can put stats and PR's up here all day long. But, the main concepts with my workouts....
1. GO BIG OR GO HOME.
2. FORM IS EVERYTHING
3. BREATHE.

Yes you can drop or go up as many weight classes as you want through this competition. Funny thing is, EVERY COMPETITION someone asks this question and I always mean to put it into the rules..... but I have not yet added it lol. I guess I must love answering this one

Good luck no matter which class you weigh in at!
You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.
