His trainer is Patrick Murphy and he claims he was natty. Said they used water pills and such for the shoots, and went on about how these pics are not realistic so they shouldnt be a goal lol. He's an awesome trainer though, I was cutting 2-3 pounds of fat a week from his help

He is not lower than 8-10 in those scenes.

We'Re all different/not everyone can build up to where Efron is. Some ppl are lucky to look like Russell Crowe in Gladiator after 6 months of lifting.

Let's be honest, in Hollywood they have access to EVERYTHING and it'll be good quality stuff too. If an actor needs to get shredded for a role coming up shortly, he will look 100% **** if he did it natty, at the very least he used the stuff that rhymes with plen and isn't good for the heart, pretty sure most actors who suddenly show up for a role jacked/shredded go on a blast. He doesn't look natural in that pic, not because of his size, it's the look, it's pretty distinct.
