So the logical conclusion that can be deduced from this is that overall, men are better looking than women in terms of natural appearance and lower effort.

Then that must mean women have to put way more effort and thought into looking at least decently normal with makeup. In turn, their appearance value is artificially inflated by at least 3-4 points. That's jokes.

Makeup is like mind control. Imagine all the women you've ever had crushes on. If they weren't wearing makeup, would you really have been so smitten? It takes a lot more to get a guy to turn into a blithering idiot when a woman isn't wearing makeup. I always consciously remind myself of that whenever I see a 9, she is likely a 6 without makeup.

If she needs makeup to look good then she's not attractive in the first place. That said, I think every women should use some level of makeup. Even if its just lipstick. Otherwise, it just looks like she doesn't care.

On the other hand, I've seen some poorly applied makeup make women look like monsters.

The best is when they post "no makeup" pics, and they're clearly still wearing makeup. No makeup these days means not smothering your face in 50 lbs of clown paint.

95% of women look atrocious w/o any makeup on at all. If there was a ban on makeup, they're be a lot of FA females walking around.
