What you are proving is that there is no such thing as an American breakfast anyway, since you've all posted different things.
When you say full Irish, full English, everyone knows what they are getting.

This right here with eggs, breakfast sausage, and hash browns are as southern as it gets.
Grits and sos are more mississippi/alabama type of 'southern'.

Indians, Americans and to a lesser extent the British have full warm meals.

How I rank those 3. No hate to waffles, still like them too, just ranking the 3 for me.

I went to a Colombian restaurant for breakfast one Saturday morning. Then I went home and had to go back to sleep.

I crashed with some Indian coworkers at an old job I had for around a month. Occasionally for breakfast they fed me ramen noodles with eggs, chili peppers, and other spices. For a poverty breakfast it was different/spicy but not bad. Would eat again

It's the exact opposite for me. I don't like meat at breakfast, or anything hearty or greasy really.

Yeah, I like our simple, mostly cold style of breakfast.
Throw in some pancakes/waffles/muffins or something like that for special occasions and I'm good.
