My binge lasted around 3-5 hours, now if my body would absorb all the calories I would be fukked but I'll be back where I was pre binge after another 2-3 days of PSMF

Cheat meals are dangerous. I can easily go 1000 calories per day for weeks but when it comes to eating normal, I'm dead lost and usually always end up binging

3 days in. I'm struggling to hit 200g of protein and therefore 800kcals. Brb eating 1.8 kg of egg whites to get enough protein.
Never knew that eating so few calories requires so much food.

I intermittent fast so I haven't eaten since 7pm yesterday. Had to help my dad with the rental today and it was brutal. A protein shake and preworkout got me through the workout. This food is so phucking good right now.

I find I feel great for most of the next day after eating a meal chuck full of carbs. I'm seeing results so it's keeping me motivated even though I hate life most of the time now.

IF crew. Been doing 20hr fasts the last 3 days, only real hunger shows up around 2-3pm and if I make it through that I'm fine until dinner.

Thinking about doing 2 meals instead of 1 meal only, some protein post workout and then veggies+protein pre bed

Legit stole a piece of my kid's grilled cheese while I was waiting for my food to be done. Only a 1/4 piece but I felt ashamed. Luckily she didn't notice. The hunger is real.

On Day 7, I don't even get hungry anymore. Gonna weigh myself for the first time tomorrow after it's been a week. I'll keep you all posted. Going to do 14 days...then refeed...then refeed once a week. Going to shoot for 5 weeks. We will see how it goes.

Does being THAT precise actually make a difference? Can't imagine telling people I track Mg and Ca, feels weird enough already when I tell people I track fat/carbs/protein and calories.

When eating as low calories as PSMF makes you to eat, it's important to get all the adequate micronutrients for your body to properly work, otherwise this would be dangerous af

Holy **** that's a big change. I've been doing a 500 calorie deficit for 5 weeks and I'm starting to see the difference but nothing that drastic. I'm assuming you did re-feeds? What was your protocol like? What're thoughts on wrapping up the final two weeks of a "normal" cut with psmf to shed the rest?

If you follow Lyle's book to the T( at least the first time around), then you'll see some great results.

yeah, face aesthetics skyrocketed. after PSMF i slowly increased cals to 1.5k and kept them there. was still slowly losing.
had been bulking, so tracked and ate whatever. During PSMF i was eating chicken, frozen vegs(broc, cauliflower, etc) egg whites and prot powder. mixing frozen beries and whey with a bit of water was a lifesaver, srs. Protein fluff.
after, i started incorporating "dirty" foods, because i craved them.

Yeah.
the first 2 weeks i didnt do any re feeds, but weeks 3,4 and 5 i had a refeed every saturday. didn't count, i actually just ate whatever i wanted on saturday evenings. fasted sundays but i wasn't hungry anyway.
I usually start with psmf and then slowly increase my cals, but last year i just did a full month and a week or two of just psmf. It's a lot faster, but you're also a lot hungrier.
I also couldn't wait to go to sleep because i was starving sometimes.

Oh, i was also incline walking on the treadmill for up to an hour after lifting. Split was pplpplrest. didnt always stick with every accessory, but made sure to go as heavy as possible on the main lift.

I am actually doing the opposite rn. lifting in the 8-12 rep range for everything. Today was push day and i left after doing whole chest, 3sets ohp, 3 sets lat raises, 1 set bicep curls and 1 set tri pushdowns

So, think 2 weeks of psmf is worth it to do to shred the last little bit (If I need to) or just better to do a full 4 weeks or so of it?

2 weeks is def worth it. In 4 weeks you would lose a lot more tho.
Even 1 day a week of psmf cals is worth it imo, it's all about the higher deficit
