Going into the third week of my cut right now, is it okay to jump into PSMF or do I have to eat at maintenance for a week or two first?

Can someone summarize the diet? So its just basically
800 to 1000 calories
Mostly protein
and limited amount of fats and carbs?

Sorry if this questions has been asked

No carbs aside from whatever you get from your green veggies

No fats aside from your fish oil capsules and trace fats on your chicken/meat

Use the calculator above to calculate calories/protein- you need to hit the minimum protein per day for your body else you are notprotein sparingany more, you are just fasting.
We're all gonna make it.

So you're only allowed to eat 800 calories per meal?

4 or 5 meals a day? Not sure if I could do it tbh, surely most people need more than 800 calories for a meal

Also did once while having crohn's. Crohn's disease makes dieting easy mode because you're never hungry.
This... the mental torture will be enough to fuk you up. If you are working n out n about life will suck... it's also a quick way to develop an eating disorder. You will be trying sleep while starving while dreaming of 2 large pepperoni pizzas n a coke.

Just reduce ur calories and increase ur cardio. It's not worth the insanity.

After reading through some of the book I'll definitely try this. However, I'm going to wait a few more months because I had surgery just over a month ago and need to regain some strength. Also I'll need to wait until I have a couple weeks off from work/school

I'm around 14% bf so I guess I'm a category 1

im going to get counclimg for an ED and other things. Idk if psmf was the sole reason for the development, but im sure it didn't help.

But still I can see myself doing psmf again..

You should definitely plan out an appropriate time to try this

6 days of 1000 kcals behind and I look pretty damn shredded

Going to have a refeed today and eat at maintanance so around 4000 kcals. If I can make it through this ''refeed'' today and not binge I have made it srs

How active are you during the day and how often do you workout / do cardio?

I guess you would still lose weight with 2 days on PSMF 1 day ''refeed'' repeat given you are not a total sloth

be careful those dipping their toes in this sht, i ended up trying to do this and wheel span months away by binge eating due to cravings and then trying to undo it with another PSMF.

mirin if you can stick to it, i only ever managed 2 weeks max whilst doing high volume bro splitting

I noticed the book mentioned that category 2's should refeed 5 hours once per week. Does this mean that the individual needs to consume the majority of his carbohydrate in a 5 hour time span?

After scrolling through the pdf, this was the plan I came up with:

I'm a Category 2:
1000 calories
190 g protein
20 g fat
15 carbs

Supplements include
- Fish oil
- Multivitamin

I'll do this for two weeks and re-feed once a week during a five hour period. Then its back to normal dieting and maybe repeat the process down the road if the results look promising.

Does it look like i'm doing it correctly? Thanks mates
