1. Only need police academy to become cop(no college degree nesessary)
2. Low pay
3. Getting rid of pensions/beifits across country
4. People with a brain are not getting into the profession
5. Hire people not suited for the job
6. Wonder why so many issues with cops making poor decisions
Solution?
Require tougher standards, college, give pensions back to cops and give them a good salary and better people will take up the position.
Otherwise the situation will continue to deteriorate as only morons would do the job.

Why is it do hard for ppl to get it through their heads to just cooperate and do as you are told.
If you haven't don't anything or not just follow instructions.
The police don't do this to be prick's. They are doing their job.
If you have a complaint politely ask for a supervisor to come to the scene and they will.
Some spoiled brat that thinks daddy will bet him out of trouble.
He added 2 or 3 more charges to himself simolty cause he wanted to be an ass hole.
When its over the arresting officer can Be your friend when talking to the procecuter or he can. Make your next fee months be hell by wjhat he tells them.
Gives respect where it'd due guys. If not for them your moms would be raped your dad robbed and you murdered.
They are out there protecting us.

Law enforcement doesn't have a duty to be hit first. They are trained to notice pre-attack indicators and can respond. I will agree several punches to the face/head was more aggressive if they were able to subdue him at that point, but I wasn't there. There was good probable cause for the stop and in most states when you are pulled over you are detained and can be ordered out of the car. The kid was being a moron already, so I'm sure that set the cop off, but he also doesn't have to let the kid walk away or turn around on him. That's what gets cops hurt.
When people in society start realizing it's better to obey law enforcement it will be a better place. That is not the time and place to argue like a clown like this kid. He's someone who clearly hasn't heard no enough from authority figures since he whines about calling his dad. If someone in law enforcement tells you to do something, just phucking do it. Don't be a moron. If you feel the arrest is wrong, the ticket is wrong, something is wrong, deal with it in the proper legal avenues. Not on the scene screaming and acting like a chit head.
People do this, and then people whine and complain the cops are killers and cops hurt people. Every action has a reaction. You want to be some fool and not listen and fight and argue, the situation is going to go a lot different. Imagine if you just did as you were told and were respectful. If he was DUI he'd still go to jail, but at least that would be the only charge and if it's first offense they may work with him. But now this kid like so many others that get hurt or killed by law enforcement plays the victim card.

Yeah the kid was a douche and being difficult, but nothing that happened in that video warranted chokeslamming him to the ground and throwing a flurry of haymakers to his face. Saying "just do what the police tell you so they don't end up killing you" is a pretty terrifying statement that would sound right at home coming from citizens in Nazi Germany. Ideally everyone should try and comply with police but the consequence of not doing so doesn't always have to be wanton violence or killing, unless there really is a significant threat. Nowhere else in the developed world do incidences like this seem to happen so regularly.
