Was expecting the kid to be some degenerate and start getting physical, kid literally did nothing that warranted to get physically manhandled and attacked.

Take Broceps and head over to North Korea. Let me know how the cops/government is over there chump.
Fuk you. YOU'RE the one that is anti government and anti police. Because I support the PROPER police that would be ashamed of what happened in that incident.

First of all a cop wouldn't be able to knock me out srs. And secondly I would never resist. And thirdly I would never get caught. And most importantly I don't even do anything that would get me in trouble, and when I did I fukin got away with it.

Police have always been cool with me for the most part. Or at least been polite about it.

So basically you're wrong about everything you said.

On the report it says the kid punched him in the chest and kicked him several times.

Kid says he flinched because he had a wound on the arm the cop grabbed.

I don't care about the ground stuff he was just covering up.

First and foremost i'm on the side of the cop here.

Under a supreme court ruling police officers can force people out of a car for any reason they wish. When you're under the influence and driving in a reckless manner, underage, belligerent, showing Resistance,......you're gonna have a bad time. Where's the, "just comply" police here.

Lmao. Right?

I just watched the part he talked about too. Stupid kid had his hands blocking his face as the cop straight ground n' pounded him. As if you're supposed to just lay there with your hands at your side when someone has full mount and is bashing your face in.

It's amazing when there's an actual video and people STILL can't admit someone fcked up. It's right there ON CAMERA. Lmao.

Yeah nobody is saying the guy was in the right here.

It's just the cop didn't need to got ground and pound when he was in rear mount.
(If you look closely the guy was actually face down. The only position that's worse than mount lol)

He shoulda gone for a choke or just waited it out and won on points lol

Lmao. Smart kid. Hope he gets a nice payday. Hope the cop gets fired and lives his life in misery. I was indifferent to cops my whole life until I had a very very negative experience with them, and had to suffer through years of bull**** as a result, now I take some kind of sick pleasure in the misfortune of the police. Looks cops have a tough job. You have to be in the moment to realize that the kid probably deserved a few punches to the face. and the video doesn't tell the entire story. A person can show signs resistance just by becoming more firm and standing in a threatening manner. All it took was that and add a kick and it's justifiable.

I know cops have a very hard job and I don't think 99% of people would be able to do it.

But I also know how to hold someone down. And a drunk brat was never gonna be an issue to those guys.

I agree that guy deserved a beat just for driving drunk regardless. But in a modern society, it's not the cops place to dish it out.

Cop is a moron as usual and started on the wrong foot from the very first thing he said

"get out of the car". Not even a "Do you know why I pulled you over?" "Hello, how are you? How much have you had to drink tonight?"

Just "get out". Kid overreacted obviously but this could have gone much smoother if the cop was a bit calmer from the start. He pulled over when he saw the sirens, just talk to him normally

and the punching is totally uncalled for, hope this kid sues and gets a big pay day

also that bitch is fine, would love to have her. lucky guys.

Im gonna preface this by saying I support LEO and even donate to my local charity that helps out our department every year....

But why did the cop immediately tell him to get out when he pulled the kid over? Ive never had anything like that happen to me or even heard of that happening to someone before, and "because I said so" isnt an appropriate explanation lol. Then he just rattles off everything he can think of, reckless driving, dui, marijuana smell all in 15 seconds lol. Not saying the kid wasnt being a pain in the ass but the cop handled this very poorly right from the start. Also lol'd at the cop putting in the affidavit paperwork that the kid punched him first, which was just a blatant lie. Same goes for all the charges they tried to slap his buddy with, all that chit is going to get dropped. The kid needs just a half decent lawyer to make out like a bandit in a civil suit, and this cop is def getting fired. This whole department looks bad because of this, their fukkin supervisor even showed up before everything went to hell too lol.

Unless they throw some kind of discipline out there to hush the public it will probably be ruled as acceptable. The multiple punches from the mount may get him if its an overly politically correct place. But it just depends on his articulation. One solid punch to the face would have been easier to justify as opposed to multiple soft punches. If a cop tells someone they are under arrest and to place their hands behind the back. Then when he goes to cuff them said person pulls their hands from his grasp/pulls away (Like he did) you can justifiably use whatever force is necessary to get them into custody. That can be take them to the ground (like he did) or even a solid punch to the face. He didn't choke him and those punches were pretty soft. It looked worse then it was.

One of the biggest problems with police use of force is officers typically hold back or don't really know how to fight and it takes longer then necessary to end the incident. He'd have been better off just hitting the guy once on the chin while he was standing and knocking him out. It might have looked bad but he could have cuffed him and put him in the recovery position in all of 5 seconds. People can b!tch and moan about 'excessive' force but it would have just been one hit and would have been justified.

You can use force for failure to comply.

Lol @ people acting like the kid did nothing wrong.

- Didn't get out of the car when asked to (he legally has to do this)
- Resisted arrest (pulled away from the cop as he was attempting to handcuffing)

Cops fuked up by not breaking that window out within the first minute or two. Once he said he is not getting out and told the cop to break the window then that should have been done. As for all the punching, that may actually be an issue for them.

Annnnd reading the comments more, the arrest report from said officer claimed that the kid punched him first, when clearly the kid never even attempted any physical altercation.

Later in the video cop tells the kid in the back seat that he punched him in the chest first which clearly didn't happen, then tells him that he probably doesn't remember doing it because he was too drunk. just lol
They were in the middle of putting cuffs on him when he turned around and went "timeout", that's resisting arrest. Fuk this entitled little *******, got exactly what he deserved.

It's illegal to resist arrest, some people need to learn that the hard way, I guess.

F*CK Yea! Bring on the Gestapo! (not srs)

fken lol, literally everything that cop did was excessive, pathetic freedom hating loyalists will obviously side with him just as they would've sided with the red coats back in the day of the founding fathers.

The same idiots that claim to hate big government, socialism, communism, etc are the one's rooting these cops on. Rooting for the abuse/expansion of power, must have a sub 100 IQ.

Surprise surprise, also had a similar experience with a cop lying on a police report trying to ruin my life @ young age- What do you expect when you give people power? They're going to f*cking abuse it.

Solution?
Require tougher standards, college, give pensions back to cops and give them a good salary and better people will take up the position.

Otherwise the situation will continue to deteriorate as only morons would do the job.
wrong, plenty of people in congress meet your criteria, same with burecreats

The problem is an economic/moral one. Zero accountability- You and I can't withdraw our money if there's corruption. If they go full gestapo, we're still forced to pay. Because we can't withdraw funds, quality of "service" will continue to deteriorate since there's zero incentive to improve. If they improve, they won't see more money come in, actually they'll see LESS money since government is known to throw money at failed programs/agencies. Corruption? You and I foot the bill, so again, why provide a quality service? Imagine having to pay McDonald regardless if you even eat from there. Why would they bother making grade A burgers when they still see your money? You can't withdraw your funds. You're FORCED to pay, or go to jail (immoral-no freedom of association [ability to withdraw support])

Note: This is a problem for ALL government affiliated agencies/workers

Cop was probably jealous of the guy for pulling quality ass (semi-srs). It's like the whole confrontation was personal to the cop involved. Baldy was angry at something and that is clear from the first five seconds of conversation with the driver. Honestly these kind of losers should never be near a position of authority because one little trigger and they start needlessly throwing punches at some guy already face down on the ground. It's really weird. He must either not care about his job or feel so entitled that he could get away with it.
