Breakfast is good for you. I usually do overnight oats with a scoop of protein in the morning. Lots of Americans have 0 clues how many calories is in their daily Starbucks drink though. The hysteria over how much sugar and how many calories were in that unicorn frap thing shows as much, considering basically every other frap has the same amount of calories. Get one of those and you're down 800-1000 calories for the day.
Also, obese parents raise obese kids. They pass on their bad eating habits and sedentary lifestyle.

Honestly baffled by people who can drink those things and NOT get triggered to reach for more sugar.

so it's fit people keeping waffle houses and donut shops profitable lol, it was passing by a breakfast place and noticing all the fatties that prompted me to make this thread...now I'm hearing fat people don't eat breakfast so I guess they were just mirages I saw

Talk to 1,000 people about their food, exercise and lifestyle and you start to notice some patterns.
One of those patterns is that males 16-25 you can't tell anything to, because they already know everything. Like you mouthing off now, or the 20yo boasting of all the crap he eats and doesn't put on weight. Course not, you're 20 years old. Get back to us in 20 years.
Not every fat person skips breakfast. But what I laid out is a common pattern of behaviour.

Some people eat almost all their daily calories at breakfast alone,... then eat lunch, graze on snacks, then dinner, then graze more before bed.
Rinse and repeat 7days/week.
Then they walk 10 minutes on Sunday thinking the pounds will just melt right off.
