IMO... Steve Reeves is probably the top echelon of what a typical woman would find physically attractive. If you're confused about why most women don't find Ronnie Coleman types attractive then you're just dense.

Honestly... what does it matter though? I prefer women with bikini fitness type bodies... most of my friends prefer skinny, zero arse, zero muscular definition type women. That's great for me... one less dude to compete with.
Agree with all that. ^^^

One of those older women that likes more muscular guys. Don't love the super huge or shredded look though. Like RabbitJB I can appreciate it and totally understand when it is for competition, just not my thing. I think men can look their best anywhere from 10% to 20%; just depends on the guy.

Def the most common denominator of what the average woman likes. Of course there are exceptions and some might prefer bigger, leaner, etc but they're not the rule.

Momoa is another example of the farm strong look

Women are attracted to health and fertility. If you are a healthy man who uses his body, you should have some sort of muscular structure.

Going too far in any one direction is unattractive and almost dehumanizing. It definitely approaches the uncanny valley where the mind can't quite accept what it is seeing.
It is not so much the major events as the small day-to-day decisions that map the course of our living. . . Our lives are, in reality, the sum total of our seemingly unimportant decisions and of our capacity to live by those decisions. ― Gordon B. Hinckley

I think the general consensus with women would be an athletic type physique, not too bulky but not skinny either. Very few women are attracted to the professional BB type like Jay Cutler. This is the kind of body they like:

Because miscers have a different definition of big and muscular than the general population. When the average person says muscular they really mean athletic build.

Before copers come out of their caves I know he's a Hollywood actor with a PT and a diet, but regardless he looks naturally athletic, which is the point.

Once you start looking like the guy below you start deviating from the ideal male body, and into the trashy, corny, poor taste self obsessed gym retard who's obsessed with abs, low body fat, dieting, grooming, is more vane than any woman, and spends most of his free time in the gym.

And even then face > height > athleticness
No way. The guy below would win every single time if we are ignoring fame/money. This is pure cope

All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Only chicks I've seen/heard say don't like muscle are the 5/10 or lower...the ones that can't really get with guys who look better than them.

Women don't really care about muscles. srs.

The only reason women would choose a guy with muscles (even if it's overdone) is because social proof. The biggest guy in the room will get the most admiration from his male peers and will therefore get the most respect and admiration. This puts the most muscular guy at the top of the social dynamic in that scenario and a target for women.

I think it really depends on your personality. I'm "big" by normal standards, 200lbs with full visible abs. All my online dating pictures are face/activity shots where you can't really judge physique. I've never had a bad reaction IRL, because they were able to tell immediately I wasn't a douche.

If you ask me if I want a "fit" girl, I'd say no. I associate "fit girls" with a constant need for attention, and the few I've gone out with were far too into the gym/themselves. Now, if I found a chick that looked exactly the same but had a reserved/quiet personality, whole different ballgame.... I'd be an idiot to say no.

I love that young whippersnapper Rick Piano as much as the next guy, but that's the type of person girls associate with BB.

What started the myth was guys who packed muscle on their previously skinny frame or alternatively lost a ton of weight and put some muscle on ,they spent hours in the gym each week. Yet after, they didn't recieve the response they believed they would get. End of the day, they still have the same face same personality and same height . all of which matter more than muscles.

It doesn't help them, that by spending hours in the gym each week, watching their diet, they are probably not all that sociable compared to other guys. Women want guys who devote their time to them, they don't like guys who have a strictly regimented regime of weight training ,unless she is into the lifestyle herself. They might admire the dedictation, but that soon wears off.

So when they aren't suddenly getting tons of notice ,tons of offers ,they start to think there is something wrong with women or wrong with having muscles. They don't examine the choices they made. Gaining muscle may well be difficult for them, so they have to diet strict, and get x numbers of hours sleep. Whereas other men can get away not being that strict especially if they are riding a bike.

Many women like big muscular men, especially men over 6ft. A young arnold would be just as successful today because he had a good body a huge personality and a very good social life.
I bang trannies.

Many times I've heard 4/10 - 6/10s comment on a manager at their work, sports players, guys they know or even sports announcers lack of facial aesthetics. They basically think these guys have no value, should not have their faces shown on camera and should basically just die since they have no value.

It's ruthless, I don't think many men would say "that female sports announcer isn't very attractive, she shouldn't have a job, I hate that the camera even shows her"!!

B-b-b-but men are the shallow gender.

If you're natty, you will never get to get to the point of being unattractive to females. That simple. Even if youre on gear it takes a lot to get to the freakish look that grosses women out.
