Come to Rwanda. The entire country is one big construction site. You'll do well and be able to live well and save.

To be honest, the education on the continent is best in South Africa, parts of West Africa and maybe Kenya. Rwanda still has a long way to go on that front. Uganda used to be great but corruption has killed it.

In Rwanda though, we have International unis opening up campuses to fill the current gap for a fraction of the price in their home countries, so there's that at least.

It's good to see African countries are recovering now and thank you for opening miscers mind here because most of them think it's all huts, villages, warlords and all that due to media and the Hollywood portrayal.

I don't know about STD rates but to be safe, wear a condom. And if you end up living wherever you decide to stay, and get serious with someone, get tested.
