i actually have a diagnosed milk allergy. No dairy was harder than no fap no shower etc. combined. Makes cutting a hell of a lot easier though since my weakness is/was ice cream, which i cant have anymore.

idk brah for the price its pretty solid, and plenty of species will drink milk from another animal, they feed baby animals at zoos and shelters milk all the time
humans mutated to drink milk/lactose, why not embrace it and just enjoy it man? Are you saying you don't enjoy pizza or ice cream either lol

I, for the most part, have cut out dairy. Occasionally eat ice cream with no problem.

From Alan Aragon. TLDR: Milk in moderation is a great source of protein and calcium. May also lower risk of heart attack and stroke.

God promised the Israelites a land flowing with milk and honey, right? Apparently He must think dairy consumption is ok too.
I wonder if some of the same guys who say they're 'hard gainers' are also milk haters...?

I'm on my way to the supermarket to get some whole milk and heavy cream right now. Gotta love that Keto diet.

I stopped being able to drink it in my late 20's. Went from probably a gallon a week to extreme disgusting stomach problems if I even drank a cup of it. Weird thing is the fact that I can still eat cheese no problem.

Love me a cold glass of milk hnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng.
Also chocolate milk is one of my favorite drinks to go with dinner. Just had tacos last night washed it down with a cold cup of chocolate milk, oh lawdddd.
It's pretty much the only thing I drink other than h2o, occasionally ill have some home brewed ice tea.

isnt meant for us....ignorant people gonna be ignorant though.
Because we've ingested it since we were babies and it goes great with other foods, it will be defended blindly
I havent drank milk for over about 15 years
Many people have digestive issues but they either think its something else, dont know its a lactose issue, ignore it, or they dont really have symptoms that require attention.
