Why don't you do low bar squats?
They'll help a lot. Check my avi, my ass is better shaped than yours for some reason.

I'm not saying you look bad but I'm just wondering why you compare yourself to women. (Srs)
If you want to compare your ass to another man's muzzlrpress has a nice one.
To answer your question though, I haven't squatted heavy because I have SI joint issues. I'm trying to work it out.
I'm doing hip thrusts which have been shown to activate and grow the glutes more than squats do. I would like to squat (just so I can feel like a badass) but if I can't, I'll be happy that a guy with a PHD has conducted all kinds of studies on hip thrusts and shown those to be favorable over squats anyways.
I'm hip thrusting 295lbs for reps so I feel pretty good about my accomplishments atm.

295 lbs hip thrust is pretty decent, but for how many reps can you do that? Training for a stronger butt won't necessarily mean you get a nicer butt. I'd stay at 245 lbs, try to go for 8-10 reps for six or so sets even.
Yes Muzzlrpress has a nice peach but he's also at least 50 lbs heavier than I am and much stronger as well.

Ass explodes when squat and dead heavy crew.
Keep it up OP. Arch your back as much as you can and squeeze your glutes as hard as you can at the top during deadlifts, GOAT.

I wasn't saying you look bad just thought you were trying to take a jab at me.I can do 295 lbs for two sets of 8 reps then my last two sets I drop it down to 245 lbs and do 8 reps.
I'd say almost doing 300 lbs is good for a woman who weighs 130!

Yeah every lift looks different for everybody. I have relatively long legs, so my ideal deadlift looks almost like my hips are quite high to some people, but that's the position I can lift the most weight. These are my queues for finding your best position:
1/ Keep the bar close to your shins
2/ Grab the bar and squat down.
3/ Raise your hips until shins are vertical/feel hammies tighten.
4/Try to supinate my grip (overhand deads) to engage lats and bring shoulders in line with bar (slightly in front actually)
5/ Pull!
So yeah what you said sounds about right; sit back into it until you feel it!
I know what you mean about the left-right, I usually do single leg things after like kick backs/split squats/that glute machine where you push your knees out (great one for warming up for squats and deads).

Have you ever tried stiff-legged deadlifts? They also help increase butt size.
