There's a certain type of conservative who only seems to care about preserving rich people's money, when they themselves aren't even rich. Those are the ones making us look bad
I rest my case. You're clueless.

You and most other people in this thread are so ****ing stupid.

The guy is WORTH 90B. He doesn't HAVE 90B. He has shares in a company which values him at the price, he cannot cash out, he cannot do anything with it because nobody can buy it off him without tanking the company/share price/him losing his company.

He probably has a few million/100 million in actual cash definitely not 10's of billions sitting in his bank acount which he can throw around whenever he feels like it.

Still, though, my point being you know the dude has more cash than you can spend in a lifetime.
As for my politics, my only point there was when you consider the aforementioned fact, it does give you pause. It's an awe-inspiring amount of money. And that's all I meant. Anyone getting all politically-roided out over my post seriously needs to have their blood pressure checked because I really meant it in the most innocuous sense possible.
The reason real conservatives are against just handing over the money you deem to be excess is the super rich are capable of doing great things.

Look at what Elon Musk is trying to accomplish with space travel, electric vehicles, and solar roofs. That kind of innovation isn't possible if he just hands over all his extra money to buy some meals for people in poverty. He's thinking long term, using his money to potentially change the lives of mankind. Not to mention creating who knows how many new jobs in industries he's creating these things in.

To me, that's far more important than helping people that are incapable or unwilling of helping themselves.

When did I say he has the whole 90b in cash? If anything you're the idiot for assuming I said that when I didn't

If you would stop your feral attacks for one second you might be able to realize that my post doesn't specifically refer to jeff, but anyone wealthy. You should also be able to realize that I never said I know what he does with his money, nor did I say what he should do with it. But apparently you didn't realize any of this, and still have the nerve to act like I'm the stupid one here

I'm not American but could you not just increase the budget of NASA, scientific research or education in general? Very few rich people are the second coming of Jesus like Elon GOAT Musk.

Fuk no

Government run programs are basically just giant groups of monkeys trying to fuk the same football. Everything private sector is more efficient.
