The guy is WORTH 90B. He doesn't HAVE 90B. He has shares in a company which values him at the price, he cannot cash out, he cannot do anything with it because nobody can buy it off him without tanking the company/share price/him losing his company.
He probably has a few million/100 million in actual cash definitely not 10's of billions sitting in his bank acount which he can throw around whenever he feels like it.

He's thinking long term, using his money to potentially change the lives of mankind. Not to mention creating who knows how many new jobs in industries he's creating these things in.
To me, that's far more important than helping people that are incapable or unwilling of helping themselves.
