Restrict the damn food intake already ffs. You look like you have a super solid base under all that mess and can wind up looking really well off.

of course, i had a solid base even before last month. i maintained 19 inch arms and some roundness to my delts for 2 yrs without lifting. people would look at me all the time and assume i was still bodybuilding.. i just want to prove to the world that i want to be one of the best and i know thats not happening at this size. especially since my legs are like 2/3 of what they ought to be. so as long as i dont actually GAIN weight i am ok with a recomp for a few months.

i know i cant gain like this forever, but until i see diminishing returns i will not do a pure fat loss phase yet. it might happen in 2 more months, or a year... but it should happen because i want to look the part, as i have decided to make a career in bodybuilding.

If you're not going to take your training/diet seriously don't expect anyone else to. It's a solid plan -- for a start.

It's not supposed to be fun.

100g carbs

200g protein

60g fat

Eat most of it in one meal and have a couple of spoons of peanut butter before bed. Drink lots of coffee and take ephedrine.

breh, i'm serious. just not once have i claimed to even be trying to cut yet. just trying to develop some more introspect to the idea of cutting, because i havent ever tried. plus id rather find out how many calories i burn daily and just gradually shave off some caloric intake than just jump on 1800 kcal.

it has to be moderate enough to keep me happy, because i live with people that will shut my life down if i even remotely look like im not happy.

not cutting breh. if i actually get some real muscle size going, then a cut will be in the equation. still doing daily cardio, and would definitely stop if i saw i actually got fatter. my fam has been telling me i look thinner, and they are my biggest critics.

i will probably have to try something more reasonable than that. making decisions has to take in consideration of all the factors, my sanity being one of them.

WTF? No

At 6'3 and 330 he's morbidly obese and could easily lose 2lb a week at 3000 calories a day

He would do better aiming for around 2500

Also when you take progress shots quit hunching over just stand normally ...it makes your shoulders look nonexistent and it's hard to tell ...from that shot I've got bigger delts than you

i rotate between 3 lifts per muscle group. so every 9 days i used 1 lift per workout to hit each muscle over 3 workouts. so i am doing 5 muscles per day (kinda upper/lower), so its a lot of exercises to list, and i am not doing every lift each workout so i have to wait like 10-11 days to get back to it to do it heavier. but every time i do the lift, i am MUCH stronger. and once i plateau on a lift, i change it to another. so it will look misleading if i say i lift X on Y, i just rather show that the routine (dc training) is working.

it looks like it has worked for many but i genuinely prefer a more balanced approach. maybe i will take it to such extremes in the late phases, when absolutely necessary.

lol. i am probably eating at most 3000/day average.

if i was actually trying to cut i would look stupid for sure not losing weight. granted that most of you think i am or should, i am well aware that i look stupid. but i have stayed the same weight, but am noticing muscle gain. so the fat is dropping for sure, and i want to ride this out until i sense its time to change something.
