Ice cream has about the same percent amount of lactose as milk, but cheese has very little. Sour cream, like yogurt, is processed with certain bacteria that denatures the proteins and ferments the lactose. Heavy cream isn't usually eaten in nearly the same amount as milk. So I'd say you're probably lactose intolerant but you can still tolerate small amounts of lactose, I'm not a doctor though.

People like to think certain foods are "bad" and "good." Makes them feel better about being fat... It's the food's fault, not their own fault. They were misled into eating the "bad" foods and are innocent victims.

Some people don't digest lactose well, to be fair, but loads of people just looking for excuses.

Yup, is always the food fault but never the person shoving it down their throat. Most people can't/won't take responsibility for their own fattening.

Are you aware that there are people that can't tough citrus? And other foods that are perfectly ok for some butdeadlyto others? Ever hear of anyone dieting from milk? On that scale the bloat you might get from milk seems pretty benign.

I eat dairy, but stay away from milk. If it's dairy, and contains sugar aka "lactose" I'm not consuming it, since I don't want to throw up from my ass.

dude, you seriously have some of the most terrible logic I have seen on here, you practically make no sense at all.
Yes people have food allergies that can kill them, that doesnt mean people cant have very distressing symptoms that dont include death but are still very annoying when they drink dairy or eat dairy......

Also, the effects of lactose intolerence and milk allergies can be way more than benign and it is VERY common for it to cause very distended gut when bloating and im sure 99% of the misc doesnt like walking around with a big old beer gut when they are actually lean and healthy.

This is coming from a meat eating 260lb bodybuilder who grew up drinking half a gallon a day. Milk is complete **** and I will never drink it again. I love almond milk though and think the unsweetened vanilla tastes better than milk and is loaded with vitamin D and other nutrients and only 30 calories a serving.
I'm on that Almond milk time too. Lawd, it tastes soo fuking good! Protein shakes are unbelievable with it! Cereal too!

I used to go through 1 gallon of milk a week. But as I've gotten older it does make me more bloated. I'm not against drinking it, I have it every once in a while if I feel like it. Also, I swear either my taste buds changed or it's like all the milk plants have gone poverty with their quality. It's piss nowadays.

All dairy contains hormones and bioactive peptides intended to increase growth in a calf. The higher the fat content, the higher the hormone content. Butter is a great way to consume estradiol.

I only consume fat free milk and yogurt srs. Just lol at the aspiring trannies who talk about their great "full fat dairy."

Actually, it is your argument that milk is somehow the scourge of the earth that is illogical and irrational. Milk is arguable the single most nutritious food on earth.
